Nice atmosphere for studying. Extremely pricey for what you get, but none of it tastes bad, really good actually.. small portions though, as expected.
On a good day the service is stellar, but sometimes people who are more stressed out for whatever reason kind of make ordering awkward. No hate. But I hope you get the chance to decompress lol.

Trendy coffee spot along Main Street Vancouver. They serve affogato (Italian dessert drink of a scoop of gelato, 'drowned' in a shot of espresso). The cafe is in an old building which gives it a nice charm. There is another room 'hidden' at the back for more seating.
Sometimes very cozy and quiet, nice vibe especially if you can get the sofa in the back, although my most recent visit was met with the staff sitting around doing nothing but cackling for an hour straight while there were dirty dishes everywhere. I don't mind a little bit of noise in a cafe, it's a cafe after all. But having four staff joke with a cackle every 10 seconds while there is clearly work to be done, not really for me. Coffee is great and my everything bagel...
