Hawkers Delight Deli Reviews
This is a five star place for value. Food was nice and served quick. I noticed a lot of pick ups, understandably so as its self serve restaurant with less focus on dining in experience. However, there are good amount of seatings so you can comfortably dine in with no issues. Just don’t expect fine dine in experience.

Hawkers Delight Deli is a cozy, cash-only eatery in Vancouver serving delicious Malaysian cuisine. The atmosphere is intimate, with a small seating area that can get crowded. The service is quick and efficient, with orders placed at the cash register and picked up when called. The food is the main attraction, with popular dishes like char kway teow, laksa, and fried kuey teow. The laksa soup is a highlight, with a rich, flavorful broth and a variety of toppings. The eatery has been a longtime favorite for locals and their families, offering comfort food and affordable prices. Customers praise the Hainanese chicken rice, fried kway teow, and lamb curry as standout dishes. While some may find the cleanliness could be improved, the overall food quality is higher than other Malaysian/Singaporean restaurants in the area. The eatery continues to be a popular spot for both locals and travelers, serving up delightful and authentic Malaysian flavors.
