We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We ordered and picked up from Apollonia tonight. It wasn't cheap - $110 for a family of four. I walked over, picked it up and brought it home. We discovered there was no tzatziki with our calamari. We phoned them, they admitted it was their mistake, didn't care and said, "Do you want to walk back and get some?"
