COFU Pressed Sushi is a welcoming spot with a friendly owner who caters to food allergies. The sushi is consistently delicious and beautifully presented, with innovative and tasty options, including vegan choices. The service is attentive and caring, making it a great place to dine, with a cozy atmosphere and a unique touch of playing Miyazaki films. Guests have enjoyed trying the pressed sushi, with allergens clearly marked on the menu, and have appreciated the use of emperor's rice, which adds a special touch. The menu offers a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks, and the food leaves customers feeling satisfied but not overly full. The restaurant is small, so reservations are recommended, and parking may be limited. Overall, it’s a charming and creative place, well worth visiting for its beautiful presentation and serene ambiance.
