These are some seriously delicious doubles!! My partner is trini, originally from Brooklyn where there are some amazing roti shops and we hoped to find a place out here while visiting. Hit the jackpot, this place was so good, we had to go back to get some to pack Togo! Highly recommend. If you’ve never tried doubles before, give this a go - the channa (chickpea filling) is a little spicy and there is a sweet tamarind sauce that balances it perfectly and the paratha (dough) was...
