Always a lovely time and such yummy food!! I highly recommend the duck entree! The atmosphere is also fantastic, the pianist is incredible. Been here two times and both times Franklin took amazing care of me and my partner!! Delivering top notch service!I HIGHLY recommend requesting Franklin as your server when coming in!! Wonderful experience! All the food was delicious. We started with a little complementary smoked tuna appetizer that was yummy. We then had the duck liver parfait, which came with two pieces of toasted brioche bread; it was very flavorful. We continued with the wild mushroom and truffle risotto, which was delicious and surprisingly abundant. For main courses, we had the lamb shank and the dry aged duck; the lamb was very tender and the duck was perfectly cooked. We shared a delightful deconstructed cheesecake for dessert, and we finished the evening with some complimentary chocolate treats. The restaurant offers a comprehensive wine selection; we paired our dinner with a French Château Tour Bayard and an Italian San Felice Il Grigio, both very pleasant red wines.The service was very attentive and professional. They brought us complimentary bread and butter all throughout our dinner. They also let us try the wines before ordering. Our main courses arrived while one of us was in the washroom, so they brought two dome lids to keep them warm. They took our coat when we sat down, and they opened our Uber door when we left.The ambiance is classic and sophisticated. There was live music from a pianist, which was pretty pleasant.We spent $256.50 for two people (not including tip), and it was totally worth it.

Bacchus lounge is a great place to meet downtown, have a drink or two, and get a snack or light meal. The drinks and food selection is very good. If they're not too busy you can move to the restaurant. We have always found the service to be very good also.

Really cool atmosphere! Live piano, wonderful food, excellent service! Cocktail for me that I have been searching for for years! The fact that she knew how to make it and made it really well reflected, for me. Anyway, a real sense of expertise. The live piano was the highlight though. We had tons of fun. Guessing the songs that he was playing. Lots of popular music! Definitely returning.

From a quick drink, a light lunch or dinning in. Bacchus has been one for the most consistent in food and service. Martini's are done right, great selection of wines, dessert and cheeses. Dropped in earlier this month for some drinks and quick noshes with colleges. I just had to write this review as service and consistency post covid is all over the board. Bacchus is stellar.
