Super cool speakeasy atmosphere with India theme. Posh. Dark and alluringly sexy. This is a great place for cocktails but food portions are “delicate” but delicious. Come for the drinks but it’s not really a dinner place. We’ll be back.

It’s just not very good. It’s like it was built with Instagram in mind and nothing else. The back area smells weird.
The drinks are alright but overpriced.
The entry system is stupid. They literally give you the password when you make a reservation, it is not fun at all.
It’s too bad, because I think the concept has potential. They just totally fail to execute.

Hidden gem! It's a true speakeasy in Vancouver's Chinatown. We walked right past even trying to find it. The vibes are immaculate and so is the playlist. They take the theme very seriously too, from the menu to the decor and even the bathrooms. A seriously cool spot and the cocktails are creative and yummy!
Bonus points for Happy Hour that is actually worthwile! Those are some great deals!!

Our whole experience was great!! Laid a bet at the bookie to get in which was a great concept. Really liked the Jungle Book themed menu. We sat at the bar and Cillian the bar man was excellent. He helped us understand the menu, made recommendations and talked me through the techniques too - very informative, friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We were in before 7:00 so all the food was half priced for happy hour which was great, we ordered and ate a lot. The naan and carrot Dahl were the stars for us. We thought the drinks were great, my favourite was The Way Through the Woods
Waste of time! Poor management. This place wont last long. We put our names down and waited 50 minutes only to hear from the hostess that she mistakenly let others in front of us. Instead of trying to find another booth she suggested we go to nearby places while they call us back. I asked to talk to the manager who didn’t even bother to show up and speak to us. We left after another 15 minutes and never even received a call/text for another booth!!!

Great date night location. We had reservations for 630 and arrived early at 6 pm on Sunday. Though location isn't the greatest; you almost forget where you are until you leave again.
We were provided text messages with your 'codes' for entry after our reservations.
The decor was well thought out - pay attention to the details from the lighting to the bag hooks under the bar to the seating... and even the washroom!
It appeared the bar seated couples while the other seats were for 3+. Nice way to get cozy with your date.
Delighted to see that happy hour was from 5-7 pm Sunday to Thursday so we definitely took advantage of that. Drinks were quite unique and well thought out. Really enjoyed my two tamarind daiquiris and the smokey baggert (forgot the name). We had a great experience with the bartender and servers. They even told us that happy hour is ending and asked if we wanted to order anything else. He really knew the drink menu and explained the different kinds of gin and whiskey.
We had a full dinner because of the happy hour promo but it probably is meant for nibbling with your beverages. I enjoyed everything we ordered - lamb biryani, chicken Tikka, prawn and aloo pakoras plus rice and Naan. Yeah we were satisfied. Thank you for a memorable evening ? . We will be back.
