Tasty cocktails and a unique concept. Great service.
Cocktails were tasty, the whole experience was creative, and the menu was very interesting.
Unfortunately though, we received VERY slow and poor service. All the other servers and bartenders were kind and friendly, but our server, Jade J as it showed on our receipt, was very short with us. She did not interact at all, left before we were finished our order multiple times, were left with empty drinks, and when paying she didn’t stay anything. As a former server and bartender it’s important that even when it’s busy that you take time to thank your customers as well as make some effort to acknowledge slower service if that’s the issue. Nothing from her and I would hesitate to come back only for that reason.

Had a reservation for 7pm we got our table at 730 after waiting 30 mins. We were told we would get our table for 90 mins but after an hour they requested it back. They took the 30 mins we waited for our table into consideration too.

Cocktails are really good. A bit pricey but it is a fancy place so it's a given. But loved the cocktails and the servers are v friendly

Came here in 2023 and loved it; first time returning since. The atmosphere is still nice until about 8h30 where they pumped the music volume crazy loud despite it not being particularly busy? Really killed the mood.
Their menu is also entirely comprised of AI-generated imagery. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I dunno. I remember liking it a few years back but I really don't see myself coming back again. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and informed on their liquor selection... but that isn't especially unique to the bar and other places won't try to chase me and my wife out with loud music or cut corners using cheap AI slop.

One of my favorite things to explore are fun speakeasies. It feels that Vancouver is limited in that.
So when I entered into Bagheera and was expected to produce a secret code to enter then I was pretty excited for how my time spent there would be.
Bagheera is a pretty fun space with stories for each of their beverages and also their ambience. The drinks were fairly delicious and extremely reasonable during the happy hour (10 dollar cocktails).
The food was quite good but don't expect to be filled up as the portions are more snack size.
Altogether I plan to come back especially as I learnt at the end of our experience they have bottles of gin marinating in various levels of salt water.

This speakeasy is a solid spot if you're looking for a relaxed, stylish place to grab a snack and drink. The mood and aesthetic are on point! Low lighting, Asian inspired decor, and a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to hang out and unwind.
The drinks were excellent. You can tell the bartenders know what they’re doing, and they’re happy to recommend something if you’re not sure what to get. Everything we tried was amazing.
Customer service was also great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

This speakeasy is pure magic. It feels like stepping into another world. The atmosphere is intimate, moody, and effortlessly cool, perfect for a date night or drinks with friends.
The cocktails are on another level. Every drink feels like a crafted experience, with unique flavor pairings and gorgeous presentation.
It’s rare to find a spot that gets everything right: vibe, service, and drinks, but this place absolutely does.

Super cool speakeasy hidden away in Chinatown. Situated right on Main St. Non-descript door. Make the right bet at the mock horse betting wicket to gain entry. Room is dark and comfortable with a low curved ceiling. Bar is beautiful. Drinks are inventive and delicious. Food is great, too. Special Bagheera token gets you to the front of the line on a busy night.

Our experience tonight began being seated at a half-empty bar and practicing the fine art of invisibility. We were greeted promptly, then abandoned for a solid 20 minutes…made more awkward as our bartender prepared drinks in front of us for other guests… at some point the bartender noticed us, not with an apology, but with the deeply insightful question: “Do you have drinks on the way?”
Meanwhile, the rest of the staff proved it is possible to acknowledge guests—one even offered us another round as we were nearly finished. Imagine that: service! If only our bartender had gotten the memo.

Bagheera is now in my top three speakeasy bars you must try in Canada. From the entrance experience to the décor and the incredible attention to detail in the menu, everything was fascinating. Each cocktail we tried was so thoughtfully crafted and started off strong, but my favorite was the Camel, I already know I’ll miss it when I’m back in Toronto. Truly a piece of art, and absolutely not to be missed.

One of the most thoughtful themed speakeasy in the city. A lot of decorations and preparation was put into this, and I find that the drinks that were inspired by the poems is amusing to read and enjoy. Food is great, especially the chicken, definitely on a pricier side with small potions but worth it in such a curated atmosphere. Perfect for an elegant date night.
