Solid Thai spot on Hastings that features monthly specials and lunch specials for under $20 - which is a solid deal in this day and age.
The food is well made and authentic, the fried wontons are not my fave, but everything else on the lunch menu is good.
Overall, good spot for Thai food and a local favorite. If you’re in the mood for Thai food and in the area, this a good spot to check out!

The curry was fabulous. I’ve ordered takeout from here a few times and decided to come in person. The presentation was nice, restaurant had ac, and fast service. However, I found the portions to be a bit small. For nearly $30 (curry, rice and pop) I would have expected a bit of a larger portion. Also while the curry sauce was tasty, I found the chicken to have a gamy flavour.
Bonus points for the fact that a Taylor Swift playlist was playing 🔥
I’ve been here SEVERAL times and the food never disappoints. I always always always end my meal off with the mango sticky rice - trust me, you won’t regret it!

Tried Bai Bia Thai for dinner. The space is casual and clean, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. Service was quiet but efficient.
We had the Pad Thai, Tom Yum noodle soup,
and mango salad and a couple of drinks. The food was nicely presented and generally better than average, but a few dishes leaned a bit too sweet for our taste, especially the Pad Thai, tea, and salad. To be fair, we didn’t mention this when ordering, and they probably would’ve adjusted if we had asked.
All in all, it was a pleasant meal, and we'd consider coming back, the food was rich in flavors.

This was my first time here with some family and this was a good experience. The food was tasty, fast, and they were able to modify dishes with no issue.
It was lunch time on a Wednesday but there wasn't much of a crowd which was nice. The restaurant is pretty spacious and the service staff was kind enough to give my nephew a balloon which, of course, made his day.
Try it out, they're super nice and welcoming. They have great lunch specials too.

Authentic. Unpretentious. Friendly service. Reasonably priced.
Truly a gem in this neighbourhood.
My new fav Thai place in Vancouver. Much more reasonably priced than similar peers.
One of our favorite Thai restaurants.
Restaurantji Recommends
The best thai restaurant in Vancouver.
Authentic thai food taste.
Must Try.
Went there for lunch on Sunday with my partner. Our favorite dish here is always the garlic pork. The Pad Thai was a bit sweet, and the Thai iced milk tea was nice and milky. Overall, all the dishes we ordered complemented each other well. The staff was friendly, and the space between tables was adequate. Overall, we were satisfied.
The restaurant closes from 3 to 5 p.m. There is a free parking lot nearby.
Vegetarian options: You can turn all dishes to veggie ?

Our favourite Thai place. We can’t find a dish that we don’t like. The pad sew ew is a repeat order as well as the papaya salad. Very nice staff.

Excellent Tom Yum soup. We were happy to try their sweet sour yet creamy Tom Yum soup. It was pretty good. Fried rice was our first time to try and it was good though we weren’t really fond of spices. The place is not super modern but comfy enough. Out servers were friendly. We would like to return for their soup menu.
Parking: We parked by nearby neighborhood and walked about 4-5 minutes. It was free there but street parking is on city charge meters and Hastings is a busy street.
