I decided to try out Broyé after hearing many good things, and ordered their “Premium” Vietnamese iced coffee from Uber Eats. Ordered another drink (hojicha coffee cloud) to go with it and that one had no problems, but come on Broyé are you serious? I know I ordered light ice but you’d think for an 8 dollar+ coffee your business wouldn’t be so CHEAP about filling up the cup, it’s literally just coffee with condensed milk and that’s how much light ice is worth to you guys? Having to choose between watered down coffee (chose light ice due to delivery) and a slightly half full cup… feels so bad. So lame and honestly, a shameful practice. Happy holidays.

Went to get a Japanese strawberry shortcake for boss's birthday. It was a hit! Get some.

Cute coffee shop with friendly staff especially NiNi 🥰
The drinks are great and I love the matcha espresso. Bonus points because they can make it decaf!

Love the atmosphere of this cafe. I like this location better than the downtown one. More selections for their bakery items.

I visited this café recently to sit and work, and I have to say the environment was really nice. It’s a cozy place, great atmosphere, and I was able to get a lot of work done comfortably. The owners were also present, which gave it that warm, small-business feeling, I always appreciate supporting places like that.

However, since it was my first time, I only ordered one drink, and it unfortunately wasn’t a great experience. I ordered the Mango Yuzu drink. It was $7, plus $1 extra for no ice, which I didn’t mind, but the drink still came only about 75% full. That part confused me, if I’m paying extra for no ice, I expect at least a full cup.

It might just be this one drink though, so I wouldn’t say the café is bad. The ambiance is genuinely good, and I still think it’s worth visiting. I’d recommend trying other drinks, maybe they’re better. I’ll probably come back again and try something different to give it another chance.

The food id good, i have no complains about it. My biggest issue is with the service, it took almost 1 hour to get our food and drinks, I had to get a full refund because they didn't have 1 of the items that i order (i paid again the new amount). They where other people complaining about the service. I really hope they can organize things a little bit better so its easier for them to get things done efficiently.
There's a lot of room for improvement and i really wish they can achieve that.

Hands down the best croissant in Vancouver! Perfectly flaky, buttery, and full of amazing flavours. Every visit to Broye feels like discovering a new favourite. If you love pastries, this place is an absolutely must-try

This is a nice home-y cafe. We ordered the Black Sesame Coffee and Brown Sugar Coffee with Coffee Jelly.

Both drinks were pretty good. The Black Sesame had a nice strong sesame aroma but the taste lacked a bit. The Brown Sugar Coffee was tasted amazing and the coffee flavouring was strong. The coffee jelly was yummy and paired well with the drink.

The drinks were decent, but the Banh Mi I ordered fell short compared to what you’d find at most Vietnamese restaurants. The atmosphere, however, was much better than the food. I think their concept of fusion has potential, but it feels underdeveloped at this stage. They might benefit from refining their core menu and mastering the basics before exploring more complex or experimental flavors.

The workers are so nice to me, and are so accommodating. I really liked the strawberry cream moissant. The inside is also very pretty.

Can’t say I’ve ever had a banh mi with no cucumbers, cilantro, or jalapenos… their baked goods are great though!
