Great service, good eats and some nice variety on the menu. Cozy and welcoming vibe, and well organized seating that makes you want to dine in rather than take out.

Love that they have vegan and vegetarian options and the flavours are on point. This was our first time but we will certainly be back again. Glad to have this cafe on Fraser street.

The pastry we have tried was slightly chewy and owner right away provided complimentary cookies and bun which was delicious. Very cozy and clean place. Calm atmosphere

I was looking forward to trying this place but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed :( i ordered an iced ube-misu coffee and it took 30 minutes. not only that but the drink was mostly ice so I finished it shortly after receiving it. They did politely apologize and let me know that it would take an extra 5-10 minutes because they ran out of the cream that goes on top, but I still feel like the drink wasn’t worth the wait and what I paid for.

Came here to try a croissant from the croissant crawl. There weren't any on display, or a listing, just a placard with pictures. The lady had a tough time understanding me and explaining the croissants. After repeated asking, she pointed at the Vietnamese coffee croissant and told me that's the special one.

The croissant was good, but I didn't travel all the way just to have something that is available on the regular menu. Felt like a wasted trip.

None of the croissant crawl items were in stock at noon. Shop smelled of a terrible pungant smell. 80% of the occupied tables were all waiting for food.

Used to be 5* under Baker and Table but has since gone downhill.

I was appalled, to say the least. Heard good things about this place and read that it had high reviews, so I decided to pay a visit for the croissant crawl that was is happening. I don't live close, this this was an outing for me and my family. We made our way out there, so we wanted to try all four flavors.

They advertise that they open from 9-7. I got there at 11:15 am and they did not have the croissant crawl croissants. The cashier girl said that they didn't have any at the moment, so I asked if they were making more and she said not yet and I may have to wait "a very long time", if I do. It's the croissant crawl and you open until 7:00, but you already ran out at 11:15 and won't be making anymore?

She said they can make the banh mi croissant for me right away, so I said okay. She made me repeat my order about 3 times. We also ordered 3 drinks a totoro bun and a few cookies. We waited 20 minutes and no food, so we asked.

The food have been sitting behind the counter and no one said anything. When we asked about the missing banh mi croissant, they said it was not on our order and we never paid for it. Checked and it was not on the receipt for an order I repeated 3 times. It was not that busy either. Their cake display was quite empty as well.

The 1 star is for the coffee. We had the black sesame coffee and the coconut latte with coffee jelly, which was actually pretty good.

The yuzu ice cream sandwich is nothing like the picture, the bum looks then bum from superstore. Hard and doesn't taste good, yuzu ice cream is not bad. Overall it's a big disappointment.

After their recent renovation, the place looks beautiful and welcoming. Coffee and bubble tea are solid, pastries are absolutely cute. They also upgraded to having more Vietnamese style lunch and buns

Food looks 5 stars, tastes 4 stars. Coffee is good, but should be warmer.
Service was confused.
Atmosphere was good, but smelled like dead animals... or old mould.
