A cute boba shop close to Stanley Park. We ordered a pineapple iced tea and a winter melon tea with boba. My pineapple iced tea at 70%sugar was perfect. I can still taste the pineapple. My guy ordered the winter melon with brown sugar boba. The boba was still warm and it was perfectly chewy. I wish I got some boba in mine. Overall, we were very pleased with our drinks. A nice respite from the cold and had an opportunity to rest our tired feet. FYI. No public restroom, unfortunately.
They specialize in brown sugar pearls and offer both fruit tea and milk tea options. What we really like about it is that you can substitute OAT MILK in any of the drinks, which is great for those with dairy allergies. They are generous with the toppings and the unique flavors are tasty - eg Milo bubble tea. Both times we went took a bit of time because there was only one person taking orders and making the drinks. If service was faster then it will be a solid 5 stars.

We went there on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Perhaps due to rain, there were no other customers. Despite us bringing in two kids (one baby and one toddler) the owner was super nice to us. The store was very clean and nice. There was a cute bench with little stuffy bubble tea things that my 5 year old just loved to play with.
