Ordered the drinks and had to wait for 20 minuets when there are no one in front of me. This is because the shop only had one employee and after getting the order decided to serve people who came to rent bikes instead. Yes, this shop also double as a bike rental shop.
I usually can’t be bothered to leave a negative review. As I used to work in retail I know how hard it is to run a business. But first come first serve is the basis of retail. Sorry, you need to train your employee better as a shop owner.

They have big selection of drinks. There should be one that will fit your mood. They even have milk substitutes. Ordered their Uji-Matcha Latte with pearls and oat milk 50% sugar, ice was default at 30%. Matcha was not skimped at all. Rich flavour and very satisfying. I feel that at any more than 50% sugar would be too much. Pearls were perfect in texture and sweetness.
We also tried the Lychee paradise. This was really good and refreshing. My nephew who does not really like bubble tea loved it.
Service was very friendly and efficient.
Prices were average which seems to be a little expensive these days. But I consider it as a treat.

The interior of this location is half filled with bikes, so the atmosphere isn’t great. Other than that, it does have a few seating and have the standard menu of many bubble tea chains. Cups came in small, medium, and large, and the medium itself was a skinny tall cup which can be a large in some places. We ordered the brown sugar pearls with milk, full ice, and 30% sugar. It was mostly milk and we realized the mistake when we got it and unfortunately being lactose sensitive, it wasn’t my cup of bubble tea. Located in a busy area near all the bike rentals.

I’ve been a fan of their oat milk from their first location, so I wanted to order black tea with oat milk large size to bring it around. But they limit the size and don’t allow large size for that, and if I get large size then I can’t get oat milk. It’s a weird restriction so I get the large Thai milk tea with regular milk instead. I hope they have more flexible options in the future soon. The thai milk tea itself(without pearls) is very good. My partner tried the lychee paradise and it was quite refreshing.

We went there on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Perhaps due to rain, there were no other customers. Despite us bringing in two kids (one baby and one toddler) the owner was super nice to us. The store was very clean and nice. There was a cute bench with little stuffy bubble tea things that my 5 year old just loved to play with. When my 5 year old had her lead broke and got very upset, she kindly changed the cup with brand new lead and my kid got super happy. Bubble tea itself was really good too. I enjoyed warm brown sugar milk tea, and my kid finished the entire cup of yam bubble tea.(she normally doesn't finish the drink unless it's good) It was a very nice and cozy Sunday afternoon with yummy bubble tea thanks to this place!
