Javier made our experience this past weekend at Bartholomew unforgettable. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu. His recommendations were perfect, and he made sure we felt taken care of throughout the night. It's rare to find service this great—Javier is definitely a standout! Our group of nine made an advance reservation to celebrate a birthday at Bartholomew, which was one of our first stops for our evening of bar hopping. Bartholomew set a positive tone for our evening, quickly becoming one of my favorite bars that I have visited this year. One of my favorite places. Beautiful lounge with excellent cocktails and wine. Their charcuterie is fantastic and customizable. I really enjoy their prawn dish and their meatballs. Venezuela is a fantastic choice if you like a strong drink that is a little on the sweeter side. It's presented in a sealed smoked container which your server will open for you and woft the remaining smokey goodness to you and your cocktail. Magic!!
