Overall food is good but we question the need for such theatrical performance. We enjoyed many dishes in particular Zuke maguro, anago, and fried fish. The broth of ramen was excellent! On the other hand, we were disappointed by the quality of the seaweed which was gummy and had no flavor. Rice also needs some improvement. Finally the chairs felt a bit low for the counter.
Very memorable with delicious food and amazing presentation. My only complaint is that it was paced too fast - if you are spending that much on a meal you should have more than 1.5 hrs to savour it.
Flies in my drink, and I was still charged for it. This is extremely disappointing and should have been handled by management. I don't blame the server, as this is clearly a management-level issue and should have been addressed appropriately. Michelin Star worth? I dont think so.

Guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment the chefs greet them, and each dish is crafted with care and bursting with freshness.
The intimate setting and impeccable service create a perfect atmosphere for special occasions. The dining experience lasts around two hours and includes live cooking and explanations in front of the audience, which adds to the overall enjoyment. Guests can enjoy a full performance, including piano playing and even some studio Ghibli soundtrack, making this adventure truly unforgettable. The attention to detail and quality of the food is remarkable, and the addition of soup, noodles, and chawanmushi is appreciated. The "show" is truly magical, with each person working independently yet supporting one another in a calm, efficient manner, and the hostesses are so nice and professional.
