We ordered 3 dishes from here,They must have been in hurry because only one was good, The other 2 were really disappointing.. I called and spoke to the manager and she was so quick to make everything right and when we did get 2 new dishes they were amazing, And that's the level that I'm used to with them always really good and really consistent!

I was misled by the name of this eatery, expecting good Thai food, but it was a complete disappointment. The pad thai turned out to be the worst I've ever had – not at all like authentic pad thai, more like curry flavored noodle. They should choose names that accurately reflect their menu. The meal really spoiled my dinner!

This was by far the worst pad thai I have ever had. When I first saw corn and carrots, I knew I ordered the wrong thing. Even the sauce was just wrong. Thai Express at Pacific Center is 100x better. Maybe their other menu items are better but please don’t order their pad thai. My recommendation is that it should be taken off their menu before they lose more customers. I don’t suspect this restaurant will last long.

Horrible food. No taste, only chillies. The staff never bothered to heat and mix the ingredients. Just gave cold raw noodles in Pad Thai. Basil was not to be seen anywhere in the restaurant. Best avoided.

I like the concept of the simple, healthy meals at basil box which is why I ordered this on Uber eats after a week of travel. I got violent and severe food poisoning from my prawn stir fry from basil box. It was a rice, double prawn, and tangy sauce and I have had debilitating food poisoning for 5 days now. Really unfortunate but worth knowing. Must be a one off event based on other reviews.
