Ordered my Photai and some spring rolls. First time I tried my debit card forgetting it wouldn't work so I used my Mastercard.

I was served as I wouldn't have been if my Mastercard had failed.

Upon leaving, my waitress ran me down telling me I had not paid for my food.

Very questionable indeed unless the people to my left lied to her saying their bill was actually mine.

Very tricky, deception 101

Taiwanese style bbt food? Absolutely!
This location has lots of free parking which is awsome. I've been coming here for years now and they seem pretty consistent. The drinks are a no brainer and delicious. The food? Pretty decent I would say. Food comes out pretty quickly, I would say go during lunch time. The interior and decor is neat and clean. Love the setup. Take out is where it's at here, then head to the beach! I’ve done it many times 😬👍

I think bbt is a great place for solo diners because of their sets. Although they’re famous for their salted chicken nuggets, I feel like they were a bit on the saltier end. The vegetables with meat sauce was great. I also enjoyed the set with egg vegetables and rice and pork sauce. It’s a great place for a fast and somewhat healthy meal

Everything was fine until the dried tofu came out… it was just the size of side dishes and it’s $10.95. We were in shock completely…
Loved the jasmine green tea they served. It was light but not too light! Noodles were ok nothing much to add or complain.
But the tofu…… like really?????

Terrible food. Terrible service. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. I have never experienced such ostentatious staff.

Giving two stars because the bubble tea was good, but why is it $10 for 4 tiny spring rolls that are probably bought at Walmarts frozen section where you can buy 40 for $6. Also came with a teaspoon of dipping sauce. Feels like a huge rip off. The wonton soup with noodles was tasteless had to add my own seasoning, and the wontons are literally tiny. Not worth the price at all, quite disappointed.

We had the fried chicken, beef, and wonton noodle soups. The portions of every dish were very small. The wontons in the soup could not physically be more minuscule. Dishes in general were lacking in flavour. Fried chicken was good despite the small portion.

Love all the vegan foods.

This is a restaurant I have eaten at for more than ten years. I really like shredded eggplant pork, hometown tofu, Taiwanese fried rice noodles, and fried chicken wings. The fried chicken wings are also very delicious. I eat here with my family every week. The service attitude is my favorite. Satisfied 👍

My top 5 restaurant around Kerrisdale. Flying squid tentacles and lemon chicken are the best!!! They also toddler friendly. Very thoughtful they gave me cute utensils for my toddler. Customize menu to fit my toddler needs. This shop is amazing!!

Paid 50$ for 3 dishes that were child-sized, and, on top of that, the whole thing tasted disgusting. Definitely would not suggest this place
