BLT had a pathetic amount of bacon in it. Basically just a lettuce & tomato sandwich, definitely not worth the price.

The coffee shop is pretty. That’s about it. We wanted to check out revolver, but it was closed so settled on this. The service is not good. Unprofessional. Server seemed uninterested in his role. The server was on his phone.

a café — it feels like a cozy little art gallery. The walls are covered in beautiful paintings, and every corner has its own mood. I found the perfect spot by the window in one of the armchairs — soft light, great coffee, and the perfect atmosphere to read, work or just watch the world go by.

Would not let me use the washroom before purchasing anything even though asked very nicely and explained I would purchase a coffee but just needed to use the restroom quickly. Brutal service:

Love love loveee coming to this place everyday to get my daily personalized drinks and some chats with the baristas. Absolutely love them! They never beat around the bush and I love talking to them! One of the reasons I come everyday besides their delicious drinks.

The atmosphere is quite nice as well. Homey vibes and the aesthetic is cute imo. Other than that. To enjoy your experience here, be nice to the baristas and they'll be nice to you back periodt.

the people that work here are awful and rude. i had to charge my phone for 10 minutes as i needed it to get home to victoria and i was practically chased out not 5 minutes after i sat down to do so because i hadn’t bought anything yet. i had been planning to buy a coffee once my phone had charged enough (i was relying on apple pay during my trip to vancouver) but after the douchebag barista kicked me out i decided against it. thanks to him, i missed my ferry because of my phone dying.

The food and coffee were great. But the service was bad.

Since we get into the place the server wasn’t giving a the best attitude, he was seated and the place was empty, just the 4 of us on the line, after ordering our food we pay a 49CAD bill and we went to sit… then my father in law ask for sugar and made the mistake of putting the used spoon inside the sugar container, he immediately apologize and my husband apologized too, the server attitude was awful after that, I asked for the WIFI and he refuse saying that I have to wait cause “he was too upset about the sugar situation and he had to toss the whole sugar container”. Immediately I offer to pay the whole container of sugar but he didn’t accept this, my in-laws just arrived to visit Canada this is our first meal together after years and this was our first experience on this lovely coffee.
