Rustic furniture matches the age of the building it's located in. Very good pastries! Baked fresh every day, they told me! I thought the Chocolate Almond Croissant ? felt unevenly baked where, where one side seemed more crispier than the rest of the flaky parts. Might have been the way it was folded? Visited this bakery both in Vancouver and Whistler. I was blown away by the variety. Quality was OK. I guess it really helps to get there early and get the pastries when fresh. Service was fast-food-style impersonal but not rude.
