Bella Roma Pizzeria & Ristorante

It was one of the best dine in experiences ever. If you’re a student and you’re hesitant because of the pricing, trust me it’s sooo worth it. The portions are huge (I had to bring home more than half of my pasta because I was so full), seafood was very fresh and seasoning was so delicious. The owner Jimmy is such a sweet person as well. 1000% would recommend, bring your friends and your significant other here you will not regret it.

Had dinner with a friend and we had a phenomenal time! The food had great flavour and was impeccably seasoned. Service was attentive but not pushy. Drinks were good as well. They have some unique specials going on that I'll certainly be back to try! Truly a Vancouver hidden gem and a great spot to pop into if you're in the area.

We showed up with 9 people for the first time, just 30 minutes before closing. Jimmy was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and he served us some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

This was my second time dining at this restaurant. As someone with food allergies, I always call ahead and speak directly with the chef to ensure my meal will be safe.
Before my first visit, I had a detailed conversation with the chef about
my allergies and food preferences.
He was very accommodating, and the meal he prepared worked perfectly, which why I was
looking forward to returning.
Unfortunately, my second experience was very disappointing.
Before ordering, I again reminded the chef of my allergies, and together we selected a meal from the menu. I asked several times if the dish would be safe for me to
eat, and I was assured that it would.
However, after the first bite, I immediately realized there was an ingredient that triggered
my allergy,
making the meal inedible for me.
When I brought this to the chef's attention, I was surprised that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the mistake.
Given that he is both the owner and the chef, I expected greater care and responsibility, especially when dealing with customers who have food allergies.
I became ill afterward, and what was supposed to be an enjoyable day off which turned into a very unpleasant experience.
I hope the restaurant takes food allergies more seriously in the future, as mistakes like this can have significant consequences for
customers.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, however this place exceeded our expectations.

We came in at 10pm on a Wednesday and were immediately greeted by the head chef.

You can tell that the food was prepared with love. His customer service was amazing as he made sure that everything was perfect for us.

The fruit di mare was full of a variety of FRESH seafoods cooked perfectly and the pasta was al dente.

Amazing experience overall and I have no complaints.

Had a great experience at Bella Roma! The food was amazing and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Compliments to the chef — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Staff was so nice and overall a great experience!!!
