However, very evident that the place is not well maintained - food not impressive quality, not tasty coffee, waitresses in mini skirts and extensive makeup look completely out of place, lack of cleanliness is noticeable. Clearly, still running thanks to its location

Great experience here. Highly recommend it. I used to go here 30 years ago, can't believe it's been that long, so the restaurant's been around for a long time, but there is nothing dated or tired or dull about Bellagio.
I was super impressed with the Dine Out Vancouver meal. It was creative, sophisticated, and elegant-looking in taste and conception. This dish gave me great faith in their menu, and what else the chef may come up with.
Fabulous LavAzza commercial coffee machine that made two of the tastiest cappuccinos I've ever had, served in gorgeous, sexy Tonino Lamborghini black porcelain cups, using LavAzza Lamborghini espresso. I have to come back for more. Years ago, I came here for breakfast multiple times and enjoyed it.
The server was friendly and efficient, and I couldn't ask for more.
The clientele was also nice. I don't think I've ever been apologized to by a customer sitting next to me who was clearly very angry about something in her personal life, and venting to a friend. When she got up, she apologized to me for being loud. Now that's manners and great self-awareness!
I like the decor, blue chairs, collection of pendant lights hanging from above, female bust in the women's washroom, and art books on a shelf.
Love this place. What a gem in this busy city.

A nice classy looking and feeling restaurant with excellent and courteous staff. We are the eggs Benedictine in the side of waffles to share and both were very good. In particular the waffles were very nice Commonwealth in their taste and texture. Would definitely go again.

I had the best breakfast here! The food was exquisite! But the thing that really made it was my server! She was amazing! So kind , so helpful and just the best! I sat on the patio with my dog, heated may I add! And we couldn't have been made more welcome! She brought him bacon and treated him like a guest! I would come here everyday if i was here longer. I highly recommend weather you have a furry friend or not! Ask for Leisa if you want the best in vancouver! She is a credit to the establishment, I hope she is apperocated and it's servers like that , that make a business special. Thankyou Leisa for a wonderful experience.

What can you say? Incredible atmosphere and the food is astounding. But what a relaxed place, speaking of atmosphere, we were chatting, catching up with old friends, we were so relaxed, we just walked out the door when it was time to go… luckily one of the staff ran after us and made sure that we paid the check. Memorable as always. Highly recommended.
