Unfortunately, my recent visit to this bubble tea shop left me quite dissatisfied. Despite purchasing an expansive bubble tea on UberEats, the reality was far from expectations. The staff exhibited impatience and a bad temper, making the overall atmosphere unpleasant. To add to the disappointment, the bubble tea itself did not match the description provided on UberEats. Avoid if you can.

Shame on you. Bad service. High price but no flexibility. Default toppings are not indicated. It’s easy and cheap to change or refill if they do a wrong one but they just don’t want to. Don’t call yourselves a Chinese brand.

Bengong is the only milk tea you can drink near UBC. If you don't want to drink Western flavored sweet water, you must come here. I think there is something wrong with the rating. Why do I have such a low rating? ! ! ! This Palace is the only shop in UBC that offers real Chinese milk tea.

the snow flake is nice.. everything all good. but recommend the music should change to soft music instead of pop songs.. doesn't match the TEA drinking environment.
