the snow flake is nice.. everything all good. but recommend the music should change to soft music instead of pop songs.. doesn't match the TEA drinking environment.
I came here for the first time because a friend recommended the place to me. All the staff that I interacted with were really welcoming and helpful. I ordered a Mango and Coconut Pudding Milk Tea which tasted absolutely fantastic. It had a great fresh mango sweetness that mixed perfectly with a rich coconut milk flavour, and there were tons of pieces of freeze dried mango, coconut pudding, and mini tapioca pearls all throughout the drink, so they don't cheap out on their ingredient...read full review

Bengong is the only milk tea you can drink near UBC. If you don't want to drink Western flavored sweet water, you must come here. I think there is something wrong with the rating. Why do I have such a low rating? ! ! ! This Palace is the only shop in UBC that offers real Chinese milk tea.
