Food was amazing. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to be seated, but since it is a small restaurant, that is understandable. The only downside was the hostess. She came across as rude and dismissive, which made the long wait feel even worse. Thankfully, the food more than made up for it in the end.

Best burgers đ around! I am blown away every time i come here. From the freshly smashed crispy beef patties to the potato buns and homemade B2B sauce itâs off the chain! Honestly if youâre looking to fulfill a mean burger craving this is the place to go! I would give it a good 8/10 in flavour and definitely better than five guys and in n out burger ! Amazing !

Best smashburger in Vancouver yet. Super crunchy edges of patty, good amount of seasoning on the meat, sauce was good and cheese nicely melted. Paired it with onion rings which were also also great. The double cheese was quite big and probably could have just had a single but man was it tasty from first bite to the end. Highly recommend.

Highly overrated. We waited a hour in line and then when we got seated food took an entire hour. We had to ask for another coke as it had gotten warm from waiting a hour for food. The fries came out cold and the burger was barely warm. Taste wise it was ok, nothing special. Definitely not worth the $80 and time spent in line.

Mixed experience overall. The onion rings were very disappointing; the coating was separating from the onions, so they werenât crispy and felt undercooked. Unfortunately, they didnât seem prepared properly. The single cheeser burger, however, was surprisingly very good and flavorful. On the other hand, the veggie cheeser didnât live up to the same standard and wasnât very enjoyable. A bit inconsistent depending on what you order.

My order was forgotten, and I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for a basic burger. During that time, multiple customers who ordered after me received their food and were already eating, while I was still waiting with no explanation.
There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and not even a simple apology. I had to go up and ask about my order myself. This is not how a fast-food restaurant should operate.
What really stood outâin a bad wayâis that the system asks for a tip before you even receive your food, starting at 15%. For what service? There was no service, no follow-up, and no accountability.
Waiting nearly 40 minutes for fast food, being ignored, and then being prompted to tip anyway is completely unreasonable.
I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wonât be returning.
