I love the food here but i had a shockingly bad experience today. I placed and order and informed the server that I will wait outside, she said 10-15 minutes. 20 mins later i go in to check, she says my order is the one after next, no apology and giving me attitude like I am being difficult. 30 minutes later i go in and she says “its just 2 of us and we’re busy what can i do for you do you want a pop?” Extremely disrespectful. My order was ready 34 minutes after being placed. Needless to say I am never going back.

The burgers are unreal. Best in Vancouver for sure. Service was amazing. Everyone at the till is super friendly. The wait time though... If we could somehow figure that out.... 11/10

Burgers are amazing, getting them is what makes it not worth it. If you go to the place to order take out it, it takes way too much time to be able to go inside and order, and the wait time to get them is too long. For that they tell you to place an order online to make it easier yet their website is always paused for orders. I really like these burgers yet whenever I would like to get one it’s a pain to go to the trouble and not being able to order.
