This isn't just a tea shop. Though, I found genuine high-quality Da Hong Pao (and more) right here! It's a piece of an incredible magical world in Vancouver's Chinatown. I am loving my tea!!! ? While in Vancouver for the day, The Chinese Tea shop was recommended by one of the workers from the Chinese Garden. So thrilled for this recommendation because the teas are incredible! ?? The service was impeccable because we got a thorough breakdown of the different teas with recommended pairing. I learned I’m not supposed to brew green tea in piping hot water! Mind blown ?! We had a little tea tasting that was a fun experience. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I stopped by the shop to buy some tea for my parents and decided to have tea there as well, I enjoyed my time trying special 50 years old tea and listening to stories that Daniel was telling me about tea’s history and how farmers harvest them in China, it was a great experience and I recommend to anyone who is interested in history and culture to go there and spend time having tea in the shop.
