By far the best bakery in the area. The coffee is high quality locally roasted coffee that will meet the standards of pour over drinkers. The focaccia is the best I have had in Canada. And the scone is wonderful.

Excellent service from the girls, even better espresso. Strong and bitter, even to Australian standards!

Fantastic bread. A reason to live in and love the neighborhood. Makes me so happy each time I come.

When I walked around the 4th Ave, I found this famous bread store, just next to Blenz Coffee. There was a long lineup when I entered in, but it was pretty quiet and organized. I ordered a country bread and asked the staff to slice it as the staff recommended. It smelled like a sourdough. I can tell they baked it in a traditional way. I will try the coffees next time. A blond girl cashier was very friendly and patient?

A good coffee shop in the area of Kitsilano. The coffee and the bread are very good. The workers are charming and friendly. Best of all, it is a very quiet cafeteria.

Beautiful bread, buttery croissant, and espresso, the black elixir of life. Kitsilano is a wonderful neighborhood with a real boulangerie.
While my husband has a gluten sensitivity, he cannot keep away from their peasant bread. Tasty sourdough.

The best artisanal bakery I've ever been to. They also have really good coffee.*Bread*I recommend the country loaf— this is the only loaf I've tried, however I don't think you can go wrong with anything from their selection. You can see and taste the expertise :)The baguette is very nice, not your typical white baguette; It has a pleasant sourdough taste to it. Perfect for charcuterie or a baguette sandwich. The interior is glutenous, the shell is not excessively hard or chewy.*Croissant pastry*The almond croissant is the best I've ever had, and this item along with the butter croissant are very buttery and flaky. There isn't anything they could improve about the croissant, in my opinion. Treat yourself to one!!Note that seating is very limited and not the most comfortable.

One of the, if not the, best bakeries in Vancouver, if you are looking for bread. Love their country loaf, it's so delicious! Croissants, baguettes, and focaccia are also standouts. They sell out of things pretty often, so be sure to come earlier in the day.

Top notch bread and coffee. Pastries are so-so. Take your order to go, and head down to the beach.
