I have been looking to visit this place for quite awhile when they were located originally on Broadway. I am very glad they reopened and they definitely did not disappoint. Me and my friends ordered their guava mousse cake, yuzu tart, and black forest cake. The guava cake had a very delectable fresh tart taste of guava with a mild sweet and sour after note, making it the most refreshing and light of the three on a hot summer day. The yuzu tart had similar sweet and sour citrus notes but less tropical than the guava cake. Nevertheless, it was also velvety and smooth in texture with a light tart shell. Finally, the Black Forest cake was moist but had subtle hints of dryness in some bites. It was also light in sweetness with the signature tartness from the cherries and red wine infusion. However, the cherry jelly in the cake was a bit bland and more or less felt like an attempt of adding a unique spin on a Black Forest cake. Overall, would highly recommend giving this place a try!
A small cozy cafe. All the dessert and drinks is really good. Service is also really good.

Mind blown with the Black Forest, so many cherries and the cherry jelly was perfection. Best black forest I've ever tasted! The guava cake was also sublime, fav cake shop in Vancouver!

The presentation is sophisticated and elegant, showcasing attention to detail in every aspect. The yuzu tart is not only looks refreshing but also tastes a harmonious blend of tangy yuzu and lime, balanced by the sweetness of the tart. The sea salt chocolate cake is a decadent dessert that combines the richness of dark chocolate with a subtle, savory twist. These two desserts are perfect choice for cake lovers who enjoy their desserts that are not too sweet. Also, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will come back again. :)

What a great find. (I knew they were in main and broadway but lost track of where they relocated.)
Panna Cotta ????
It will set you back $7.
Would have been better with caffeine (but I just had one). Definitely next time!
Place is immaculately clean ???

This little cake shop has great atmosphere and good service. Unfortunately my husband got food poisoning symptoms within half an hour of having the latte and the salted caramel banana cake, and a few bites of my tiramisu. These were the only things he had that day. He started with a stomachache, then diarrhea, then vomiting... I felt fine after eating the tiramisu though. We also got some cakes to go: yuzu, lychee & grape, and mango. That evening, I had half of everything and then my tummy was growling and had diarrhea... Late at night I felt pukey... I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because the food poisoning feeling is absolutely awful. Both of us had to call in sick the next day.

??Yuzu: MY FAV ?? The cream is very light and almost not sweet, the yuzu custard is sour and refreshing, and the yuzu jam on the top has a rustic texture and is the main source of sweetness in the entire tart. Although the tart shell is not as stunning as the buttery flavor of batard tart, it better matches the fresh flavor profile of the entire tart. The taste is very layered, and you wonβt feel sweet at all after eating the whole thing.??Caramel banana puff: I originally wanted to eat walnut earl gray, but I never got it. I rarely eat desserts that feature bananas, but this one is really good. The cream is light and has a slight caramel flavor, relying on the caramel and banana puree on top to add sweetness. There are actually bananas inside the puff pastry, and the slightly hard texture (I really hate soft bananas?β?) goes well with the caramel sauce(?). The puff pastry is still crispy even if it is placed in the refrigerator for two hours, and it is not greasy because it is not heavy with oil. IMO it has richer taste than beta5 and is more worth eating.??sea salt chocolate: The dark chocolate mousse is rich and slightly bitter, and the sponge cake is not strong. It is delicious but not as amazing as the previous two.The packaging is very exquisite and has the feel of a domestic cake shop. I look forward to trying the matcha tart and walnut earl gray puff in the store!

I ordered Americano and tiramisu.
I really like tiramisu, and the tiramisu at this cafe was really the best.
The cream was so delicious that I wished there was more cream!!
Itβs a small, quiet, and clean cafe!
I think I'll come back next time to try other desserts haha.
Spectacular.
