Delicious curried chicken rice noodle soup.
very nice and spacious, food is delicious and well priced.
A top notch pho always begins with a great broth. The broth at Pho Long is light, delicate, with a subtle flavour, just the way I like it. The large #1 was filling with a solid amount of tendons & tripe. Service was prompt and the atmosphere gives you the classic San Jose local pho joint vibs, including Paris by Night on the big screen tv. Owned and operated by the same family for over 40 year and still thriving in a very ompetitive landscape. Find out why!
