Service was really good. The server was on point very friendly and quick. I ate couple of years ago at the location in Victoria and I remember that it was 50 times better. The party was dry and didn’t taste well. The french fries was good. The place is clean and nice atmosphere for a quick lunch.
Amazing burgers and guess what they source meat from halal place. So for those looking for an authentic burger and halal option, this is the place to go to
Whoever the server and tall bouncer looking guy are that attacked an elderly couple (the evening of 05-28-2025) because the man accidentally bumped the server’s car need therapy or anger management. As a witness I can say the elderly couple were very apologetic about it and just got yelled at and intimidated by the server’s ‘bodyguard’. Why is a server parking right in front of her work place anyway? There’s no employee parking? She can’t walk a block or two? Sad to say this couple will never return here when it was one of their favourite places to visit when they came to town. Servers work hard but so does karma. :)
Returned after many years and was pleased with the results! Food was great. I had their take on a wagyu burger with fries. Burger was ridiculously juicy! Messy but so good. Fries were as good as I had remembered from years prior. Service was friendly and, though noisy on a Friday night, the atmosphere was laid back.
We used to love this place, but after last night’s experience, we won’t be coming back. A group of 8 of us arrived just before 9
PM to enjoy the happy hour deal. We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes. An hour later, we were still standing around. When we followed up, the staff suggested we go grab drinks across the street and wait for a call. When we mentioned we were initially told 20 minutes, the response we got was, “You’re not the first group this has happened to, and you won’t be the last.” That was incredibly dismissive.
What made it worse is that the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived. They could’ve easily seated us on the patio like we were told. Instead, we waited over an hour with no apology or effort to accommodate us.
Disrespectful service like this ruins the entire experience. Not recommended at all—especially if you value your time!
One star is generous.
This place has zero respect for its customers. We were a group of 8 and arrived before 9:00 PM to take advantage of their late-night deal. The waitress told us to wait 20 minutes so they could accommodate us. We ended up waiting over an hour.
During that time, we saw several groups who arrived after us being seated, and there were clearly multiple empty tables for 4 that they could have easily put together for us—but they didn’t even try. No explanation, no update, and worst of all, no apology when we finally left after waiting more than an hour.
Absolutely unacceptable. I would never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money.
HANDS-DOWN THE BEST BURGER IN TOWN!! I've been a frequent patron for many years, solo, with a group of friends, visit with family or a date night, and in all instances, I've loved the experience and left satisfied. The portions are spot on, the menu is appealing and appetizing, as is the food when it arrives. Servers are super friendly and warm. Thanks for the joy that comes with every meal!
Has solid burger selection. Go for the Happy Hour after 9 pm for half price burgers, it's quite enjoyable for the price. Place has a modern clean dining atmosphere but the lighting at the burnaby location is a little on the dim side. There is a monthly burger special as well on top of a wide selection.

still pretty expensive and the fries are okay but the burger is worth
Food and service were great! Would recommend!

The least appealing burger I've had in Vancouver area... tasted like frozen burger from Costco, hope they improve quality.
Quinn was our server and she was excellent. She was very helpful and friendly. Our burgers and yam fries tasted great and the flourless cake for dessert was delicious! We aren't from Vancouver, but we will definitely be back to this Bin 4 in the future when we come to visit.
The burgers and salads are juicy and delicious, with generous portions. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
Disappointing. The greeter was lazy. The place was empty except for one family. Mother's Day brunch for me and the waiter dropped a glass all over me, all over the place, the table-it was a mess, I was drenched and sticky, my bag and phone were drenched. He was extremely apologetic but we weren't comped anything. Hard to have lunch when you're wet and sticky on mother's Day. My phone didn't work for hours. Won't be coming back. No self awareness. You don't care about your customers do you. Shameful.
I’ve dined in at Bin 4 a few times — the burgers are just okay, but the atmosphere is decent and the staff is friendly in person. Takeout, however, has been consistently disappointing. I’ve ordered burgers for takeout that were soggy every time, even though I work nearby and always arrive early for pickup. Most recently, I ordered the chicken taco salad, which came with moldy cheese, dry chicken, and missing items. It was soggy and looked like it had been slapped together without care. The restaurant wasn’t even busy when these mistakes were made. I’d recommend skipping takeout altogether — if you go, dine in and skip the salad.
