Review: The burgers here are great, and I’ve always enjoyed their late-night weekend deal. However, the service has declined recently.
On my last visit to Bin 4 Burger, I called ahead to ask for a reservation and was told they don’t take reservations during busy hours, which I understood. But when I arrived and requested a two-person sofa seat, I was told it was reserved. This is confusing—on one hand, they say they don’t take reservations, and on the other, seats are “reserved.”
The staff member I interacted with (tall, healthy build girl, working Saturday night) never greeted us and immediately took us to tall tables, which I find uncomfortable. I declined and again asked for a two-person sofa. She was making frustrated faces over me which is quite unprofessional. There are always empty sofas for two, but they seem to seat customers wherever they want, not where the customer prefers. I wasn’t asking for a large four-person sofa—just a small two-person one.
I’ve always spoken highly of this place and my friends have loved their burgers, but the inconsistent seating policy and poor service have become disappointing. A heads-up for anyone planning to dine in here: the food is still great, but the service may leave you frustrated.

I had a great salad here. After 9pm they offer 50% discount if you order drinks. It is better to offer whole-wheat bread in your menu too.

Been here many times. Honestly the meal sucked. Embarrassed to bring my friend. Food on par with dry dog food . Apparently backup cooks. Eat there at your own risk. You are warned. After negotiations I still had to pay for some of the dry Keeble.
Just had one of the best burgers juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! Annie’s customer service made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive attitude. 🍔 For an extra treat, head there after 9 PM for some great deals!

We have been a few times over the past few years and enjoyed it. Our past and most recent visits were both quite disappointing. Service and ambiance were fine. Both the regular and sweet potato fries were terrible. My pile of fries were like the dregs,.....tiny dried out pieces. The fries have changed; they used to be bigger and fatter - like home made. These were like the kind Mcdonald's serves. The burgers felt smaller; whether that is fact or just my perception I don't know. My guess is that the chain got sold in the last couple of years and the new owners are trying to squeeze more profit out of the business. Lastly, we used to get a little complimentary serving of homemade potato chips that were great. They have stopped that. Sadly we will not be going back.
