I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for quite some time, and I’ve always appreciated the food quality and packaging.
Unfortunately, my most recent order was a very different experience. The quality of the beef was noticeably poor. After eating it, my spouse, my child, and I all experienced severe stomach discomfort later that night. This was genuinely concerning.
Given my previous positive experiences, I’m hoping this was an isolated issue. I would appreciate some clarification regarding what may have happened with this order.

We had an awesome experience dining at Bin 4! The burgers were the best we ever had! I had the chicken and Brie and added avocado! Fantastic!! Our server was wonderful!

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing from the greeting to being seated to our food. We were not even greeted when we arrived at the restaurant explained we had one less person to our reservation. We were seated and waited roughly 15 minutes before someone came and asked what did we want to eat? We were wondering what took so long to take our order unfortunately proceeded to wait Longer for our food. our food was lukewarm my sandwich which had a side of gravy had already a film across the top. It was tasty but lukewarm. We waited again and asked for a bill.  the restaurant wasn't busy when we arrive, which was a 8:10pm but did start getting busy at 9 o'clock. Generally the Granville  location is our favorite, but it was very disappointing

We had our family Christmas Eve lunch there. With a 2 year old and an 89 year old in the group it was challenging. The restaurant staff did a great job.

I have always been a huge fan of Bin 4 Burgers!! My go-to when I am craving a burger and fries. The quality and taste are always 10/10!! My last visit to the Granville location I was absolutely blown away by Gabriel!!! I have dined at some of the finest establishments in Vancouver and all over the world and the level of hospitality we received from Gabriel far exceeded anywhere else I have visited. He is so personable and the level of care he takes to provide a wonderful experience for customers far exceeded my expectations. He truly knows what hospitality is all about. I will always return for the burgers but now I will return for Gabriel!! Amazing!!
Great burger place, originally established in Victoria. The selection of burger combos is amazing, with lots of options for meat lover, veggie, chicken, you name it! Service was also great at the time I dined, which was rush hour, yet waiters still had very quick service and rounds.
Atmosphere gives an ambiance sort of similar to a higher end restaurant, yet focusing on simple burgers. Note that sometimes there are parties that reserve half the place for events, so may be loud.
Overall great burger restaurant, with acceptable prices, take a look if you're looking for a classic burger place!
