A negative customer service experience. Really rude staff at the register. Management needs to find some new staff.. will be taking my business elsewhere in the mean time. Coffee baristas are nice though!
We met at 12:30 on a Weds. Absolutely packed. Environment seems, and is chaotic, if you've never been there. Even then...Everyman for himself for a table? Put your coat on a chair when you get one. Line up, place your food order. We 3 had BLT'S, really tasty +they bring it to your table) ? Pick up your coffee at the coffee bar. Sit relax. Definitely pick something sweet to take!

I love Small Victory. I had tried their pastries a couple of times before but this was my first time actually being there for brunch. I tried the beef empanada and was not disappointed! The sauce was delicious. I also tried their cinnamon roll which I also liked, although I would’ve appreciated if it was warm. I had a peppermint tea which was made in front of me.
