This was the closest cafe to me the other day and I really wanted a matcha latte. I paid $10 for a SMALL matcha latte and it was just average. This place is a scam. Their larger size is literally only slightly bigger than their small size. I genuinely don’t understand the concept behind this cafe but if you like to pay for overpriced basic beverages and poor customer service then this is the place to go. Also you’d think they have sugar free vanilla syrup considering how much they charge..

I love the baguette however I find it very frustrating and pretentious that they don’t sell baguettes before 12pm, even if you call or come at 11am to reserve a baguette they are already sold out. You basically need to buy your baguette the day before for the next day or call at 8am. You know that your baguette is good, please make more.

I love Small Victory. I had tried their pastries a couple of times before but this was my first time actually being there for brunch. I tried the beef empanada and was not disappointed! The sauce was delicious. I also tried their cinnamon roll which I also liked, although I would’ve appreciated if it was warm. I had a peppermint tea which was made in front of me. Atmosphere is great too, there’s always a lot of people though so it’s not the best place if you need to study quietly!

A negative customer service experience. Really rude staff at the register. Management needs to find some new staff.. will be taking my business elsewhere in the mean time. Coffee baristas are nice though!

Food is amazing, but 80% of the people who work here just seem really stressed out and grumpy. I feel like I was inconveniencing them by just being there.

The lightest pastries, the mostly beautifully nuanced teas and delicious sandwiches. Perfect spot to grab a coffee with a friend or a quick elevated bite to eat.

I'm lactose intolerant. The tea is a pre blend, I could not get a black tea, they would not accommodate my allergies either. How in this day and age can you not stock tea bags?A small victory this was not!
