There were 3 female staff working and not one of them could crack a smile the whole time I ordered and waited for my coffee. The one that took my order could barely look me in the eye and nothing in the way of thank you or any acknowledgment of me being a paying customer. Lame lame lame

I got the eggnog latte. It was so incredibly delicious and tasty. It was my first one ever since I was visiting Canada from the US. 10/10 would recommend again!!!

Have had a few lattes from here and it honestly tastes like slightly coffee flavoured water, not very good. I’ve also never seen more than one person working here so it takes ages to get anything. Staff are nice don’t get me wrong, but seems like they’re stretched out pretty thin.
The food isn't bad. But the service is usually terrible..while servers are polite, there is always only one person working there, so it takes forever to get your order.
The most annoying part is it says it shuts at 8 or 9 pm, but they never allow you to dine in after about 5 pm. This has happened to me on 4 different occasions and it's always an arbitrary time told to me..sometimes I've been told no dine ins after 4, sometimes after 5. So I'd strongly suggest changing the timings online and have a notice in the store with this additional information because people plan around this, especially if they're looking to work.
This is a great location to study as there is a lot of seating available!!

I love the vibes here especially for a rainy day it’s nice to come in and sit down. The drinks are really good too so it’s perfect 🤭🫡
