Stopped in to check this place out after leaving the bookstore across the street and was pleasantly surprised!A cute nook of a tea shop selling dish towels, tea sets, cups/saucers, taste samples (boxes of 10 tea bags), loose leaf as well as larger assortments of teas.They had a lovely Yuzu black tea on taste when we came in. I visited Murchies this afternoon looking for a tea themed gift. Despite being an avid tea drinker Murchies has such a vast selection that I would have found it rather intimidating, that is if it wasn’t for the employee who helped me. Susan calmly talked me through their options and helped me craft my own bundle. She knew things about all of the teas that they had, their strengths and flavour profiles. She gave me a sample of their earl grey tea and let me smell countless others....read full review
