First time trying this Blenz Coffee location. Nice ambiance, but the music could use an update—it’s a bit outdated. Highly recommend the chocolate croissant!

It may be a chain, but this specific Blenz is one of my favorite coffee shops in all of Vancouver. It’s large but cozy, never too busy, and open late so it’s a great place if you’re like me, and like to unwind in a coffee place after work or dinner. Staff is incredibly friendly which makes coming here a pleasure!

It's a chain and pretty much fulfills everything you expect from a chain. However, the range of drinks is quite large. For me, the cafe has two minuses: on the one hand, they only have toilets for customers, and on the other hand, even if you have a drink on the bridge, you get it in a disposable cup.

I came here because I wanted to try the nitro London fog and this was the only Blenz location in Vancouver offering it. I came on a Sunday morning and it was quiet and very calm. The barista was very nice. The shop was clean and the seating was very comfortable, and it’s pretty spacious.
The nitro London fog lived up to my expectations. The flavour was super smooth and just sweet enough and the velvety mouthfeel was pleasant and really unique. I unfortunately only learned after I got my drink that this location doesn’t have glasses for dine-in drinks and only has plastic cups; I’m used to the Blenz I usually go to having them and didn’t think to check, otherwise I would’ve given them my mug.
I also got a lemon croissant to go with my drink. The barista asked if I wanted it heated up, and I said yes, but regretted it. I think it was microwaved, and croissants lose their flakiness if you microwave them for too long, which is what happened here. The texture was not there. It was also a little sweet for my taste, more dessert-y than what I was hoping for, so I’m not sure if I would try it again without the reheating. I think it could have been good though if you can tolerate very sweet things…

This is probably my favorite coffee place downtown here. Just love the coffee beans used in their coffee

Kid-friendliness: Tiffany loves coming here to get the banana bread. Seats are generously sized

I go there because they have a patio where I can bring my dog. They are always very nice and I genuinely appreciate having my habits at this Blenz. They also make coffees.
