One of my favorite Blenz locations, the place is cozy and spacious, and not packed most of the time, the service is great and very friendly. The coffee is pretty decent. The problem for me is the music, instead of some more appropriate, neutral background music, they mostly play really annoying pop music here, too loud! Why can't they play some neat and quiet background music? Beats me! Making it hard to have a quiet AM moment here, good luck trying to focus on your work or conversation! Some of the staff here should realize this is not a discotheque. I ask the AM girl politely to lower the volume, rather unwilingly she does, but the next day it is the same thing, the girl is just too stubborn.
Too bad, this could be my every day's AM coffee place, I live nearby.
For the managers of this place: just go to the Davie, Denman, Waterfront Blenz locations, to see how they handle the music there.

While hot coffee here is not my favourite (weak for me) the hot chocolate and iced mocha are excellent. Nice selection of snacks and food, clean washrooms. The employees are really friendly and nice, and it's comfortable inside.

Was greeted the second I stepped in at the door with a smile & had the best frozen macha beverage I’ve ever had! Def recommend their Matchachillo! Thank you for the amazing service & amazing drink! 🫶🏼
