Went in to ask if they’d fill my water cup with tap water as I forgot to before I left work and who I assume is the owner/manager said she’d do it if I bought something. I’m broke until payday and I was asking for FREE tap water. There’s no reason why she couldn’t do that. Ridiculously bad, revery greedy customer service.
Coming from the U.S., we found Blenz to have the best coffee out of several establishments, and our barista Eleanor was a lovely person with exceptional service.
Today , while talking phone i entered the coffee shop and sit down somewhere, I wanted to finish my conversation and order something for eat and drink. İn 2 min not more I am sure, a lady came to my side and said that this area for customer , you can not sit if you don’t order anything. I explained and Said her I will order for sure but need to handle my phone call first , she showed me again store policy on the window and repeated not possible if you don’t order someting, first order and sit !
I left because after this behavior didn’t wana purchase anything .
What kind of customer service it is ?
İt was ridiculous and not professional!
Work more for service!
2pm April 9th middle aged female staff refused accessed to the restroom after one of our community’s walking group members during a IBS emergency. We’ve often stopped for coffee at this location but will no longer.
Very disappointed with experience and price here. Would avoid.
Rude staff
Great coffee
My husband had a Naughty Hot Chocolate in a Naughty cup! It had a spicy cinnamon heart flavour, the barista was very kind, for these reasons we give this Blendz location a 4 cinnamon ❤️ rating!!
I almost feel bad writing this review, but have to say really disappointed. The barista herself is very nice, but the matcha lattee tasted only like milk. I tried so many matcha lattee in vancouver confidently to say this is the worst matcha lattee i ever had, no favour, just taste like milk.... milk that costs 6 dollars. This branch is also so cheap that they dont pay for wifi but use tellus wifi, really bad wanted to study but cant.... dont go

This is the worst coffee shop. I asked politely if I could use the washroom and mentioned that I would be buying a drink. However, the barista (cashier) rudely told me I needed to buy something first. I waited in line, took out a $50 bill, and explained I was ready to pay, but she still refused, telling me to go somewhere else. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and harsh, she essentially kicked us out.
If I could rate this place a big zero, I would. This was my first and definitely my last visit. The customer service here is despicable. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is absolutely not worth it!

This blenz location deserves 0 stars. I walked in to order a beverage, stood waiting for 5 minutes to order, had to walk into the kitchen to find someone to have this employee (who clearly hates her job) make me the wrong drink. Terrible service, you could get better service at a petrol station.

Asked politely if I could use the washroom, explaining that I am having cancer treatment and one of the 1000 side effects is that I have to use the washroom all the time. Employee said she had the same experience when she had cancer but washrooms are for employees only. So much compassion, I'd stop and admire it but I have to find an alleyway in which to urinate before I damage my bladder.

Have to buy something to use the washroom. Fair enough but the coffee was brutal and the condition of the washroom was in a worst condition than a gas station.
