I almost feel bad writing this review, but have to say really disappointed. The barista herself is very nice, but the matcha lattee tasted only like milk. I tried so many matcha lattee in vancouver confidently to say this is the worst matcha lattee i ever had, no favour, just taste like milk.... milk that costs 6 dollars. This branch is also so cheap that they dont pay for wifi but use tellus wifi, really bad wanted to study but cant.... dont go

This is the worst coffee shop. I asked politely if I could use the washroom and mentioned that I would be buying a drink. However, the barista (cashier) rudely told me I needed to buy something first. I waited in line, took out a $50 bill, and explained I was ready to pay, but she still refused, telling me to go somewhere else. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and harsh, she essentially kicked us out.
If I could rate this place a big zero, I would. This was my first and definitely my last visit. The customer service here is despicable. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is absolutely not worth it!

This blenz location deserves 0 stars. I walked in to order a beverage, stood waiting for 5 minutes to order, had to walk into the kitchen to find someone to have this employee (who clearly hates her job) make me the wrong drink. Terrible service, you could get better service at a petrol station.

Asked politely if I could use the washroom, explaining that I am having cancer treatment and one of the 1000 side effects is that I have to use the washroom all the time. Employee said she had the same experience when she had cancer but washrooms are for employees only. So much compassion, I'd stop and admire it but I have to find an alleyway in which to urinate before I damage my bladder.

Have to buy something to use the washroom. Fair enough but the coffee was brutal and the condition of the washroom was in a worst condition than a gas station.

I love Blenz. Sadly, many of the franchises seem like the are run down. I remember when I visited this location several years ago and you couldn't get a seat, because the place was packed. That's not the case now. This particular location has a very strong smell of mold and/ or mildew upon entering. The washroom was dirty and extremely dusty. The service was friendly and the drink delicious. I'm a big fan of the dark hot chocolates made with oat milk. I hope they can eventually refresh this location and get rid of the odour. It used to have such a great vibe.

We walked in with snacks from another cafe. A woman approached us and said we couldn’t eat it in here— that’s fine because we’d be ordering from Blenz anyway. We said we’d leave it to the side and not touch it. She said we still couldn’t have the food in here, regardless of consumption or not, so we then said we’d drop it off elsewhere and come back. The woman replied she’d have to “minimize [our] stay” when we came back. It was very unnecessary and ill mannered when we were compliant with all that she was asking of us. Will not be going back.

Only one employee running the place herself on a public holiday.
This location says both online and right on the door that it opens at 730, and the person (typically the same middle-aged woman who's worked here for years) who opens up in the morning is always late. This is very poor advertising and is frustrating when you coordinate your route just to find out it's still not open.

Worst customer service of my life i felt incredibly uncomfortable. The barista was INCREDIBLY rude to myself and my friends. First my friend came and ordered and later asked for the bathroom key and the female middle aged barista was super rude and told her a specific place to stand and that she would give the key to her in a few minutes. Then myself and my two friends walked in and she GLARED at us. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Ordered a drink and tipped and she still seemed bothered. Then my friend asked for an iced latte, she made it hot and then refused to remake the order. Then our other friend came and she glared at him as well. My boyfriend came and moved a chair over to the table and she called to him across the restaurant that he could not use the chair. Then she said very pushy across the cafe saying “what can i get you started” pressuring him to order”. my friend had a sandwich and she gave her a dealt glare and told her no outside food even though she wasn’t eating it. She brought my friend to tears with her harsh tone and glares. Overall terrible experience.
