Server Ellen is very competent and friendly! She clearly cares about her job and it's a pleasure to be served by her. It's a great restaurant but many would think that it's all the employees, food, atmosphere, waiting time, etc. that determines the rating for the place. I'd say that only a few servers or even one server who puts in the right effort can make the place feel great!

I eat at Boston Pizza very often and started going to this location since they are open a bit later and last call is at 12:45 ( we work late). Last night we went for pasta Tuesday and I have had the Jambalaya Fettucine many times and last night it was terrible. Two small pieces of chicken, two shrimp two sausage. We also went two nights before that and could not get service as our server was busy chatting with two guys the whole time. We even at one point asked the guy who dropped off our food for a couple of more drinks and he just said I’ll let her know when she is done. Done chatting? He then walked away in the opposite direction and we had to wait for her to finish her chat and then flag her down.ill be sticking to Metrotown location way better food and service.
Lasagna from Costco is a bit better than than the one here, for half the price
The soup of the day was also small, about 250ml for $10, tasted nice though

“We’ll Make You a Fan” …. We’ll it didn’t work…. I paid $20 for a chicken salad dish…. They gave me 5 of the smallest pieces of chicken, in the world.
I spoke to the manager, she said, “corporate controls the portions”…. I believe her. Manager was nice enough to give me more chicken. But the portion was still offensive.

Literally just called Boston pizza, having trouble ordering a cheese pizza because of the many different options of cheese pizza for Uber. The guy said he’s too busy to help. Just needed to place an order to help support their failing location which their staff told me they are struggling. I am a returning customer for years. Told me to look online and there’s no option aswell. So how does someone order a Cheese Pizza 😂. Is it just cheddar. Mozerella and cheddar. Pizza blend. Goat cheese or Vegan cheese. Just tell me what it is and a click of a button they would have an order.
Worst service provided on phone.

Arrived at 915pm to be advised with a party of seven there's a minimum gratuity of 18%. After being seated and given drinks (including a nasty number labeled new "cranberry lime sparkler" which tasted more like flat Sprite than I care to mention), the server didn't return to take our food order for an excessive amount of time. When our food arrived, the pizza was dry and chewy and the pepperoni nearly burnt, the artichoke dip tasted like sour cream and tinned avocado a la potluck at church, the bread wedges with it were like shoe leather coated in oil and smeared in italiano seasoning, the fried pickles were somehow dry, same for the Cajun shrimp. My ice cream caramel pecan sticky toffee pudding seemed freezer burnt. The UFC fight on in the lounge was overtaking the sound in the dining area to such a point that the child at a table next to us began playing music from her phone. This experience has been one I'll hope to quickly forget.
