The worst and most expensive pizza I’ve ever had in my life.
Honestly, eating two slices from Pizza Pizza would’ve been way better quality.
It felt like a frozen pizza thrown into the oven and then lazily topped and reheated. Absolutely terrible. Even supermarket frozen pizza tastes better than this.
Not just the pizza—the pasta was bland and tasted like something frozen, reheated the next day, and already overcooked.
Oh and Also, the servers didn’t even look busy, yet they were completely inattentive and careless.
I don’t know if this location is an exception, but for me, Boston Pizza is officially goodbye.

Everything was good till my daughter pulled out the cactus cut potatoes from her pizz slice.i don't thinknits suppos to be black.whoever is making pizza is careless.

Definitely one of my best Boston Pizza experiences, if you are able to get a table with Daria you are in luck, amazing service and very kind to chat with!
Our nachos where was terrible, the ground beef was so little. Maybe 3 crumbs, very Little cheese and toppings. The fish and chips with coleslaw was terrible. My fries where cold, seemed like the fish was deeper fried twice coleslaw was old not fresh at all. The pasta my Husband got was like it was just heated up not fresh dry garlic toast 2 pieces of prawns and sausage. All the waitress said it all depends who cooking and the price food .

Takeout - The portions are too small for what you pay.
I went to Boston Pizza to order takeout. I received my order, and when I'm going home, I wanted to try a bite, but what a surprise! The portions were too too small for what I paid. My mistake was not checking my order before leaving, because when I went back 10 minutes later, they probably thought I had already eaten some of it, but I hadn't. The girl said it was the correct portion, but it wasn't. You can see the pictures; both boxes are almost empty, this is my experience with this particular location, not with other places. I paid $38, but $45 in total with tips, and JUST FOR THIS. Check your food before you leave, but even then, you might still get a small portion and they just gonna say sorry it's the right portion, but you know it's not the right 😡😡

We went today around 915pm. We got a table for 4, waitress put the menus down and left. I picked up the menus and they were all dirty with black specs and grease spots, waited quite a while and noone came by so I brought the menus to the front, waited again and left them there and took new menus. We ordered nachos, pizza flight, spaghetti and meatballs, quesadilla, and drinks and after taking out order we asked if there was happy hour and the waitress said you didn't get a menu? We said no and then she brought the menu. On the hh menu, I saw the nachos on the menu so I thought great we got a discount on them. We also ordered the deep fried pickles after seeing the hh menu. Our food came and then it was quite a while and we still didn't get the deep friend pickles so I asked about it and the waitress said that's cause they still cooking it....yet she came back right away with them...I think she forgot. We waited a long a time for anyone to come to us as we were done eating and wanted boxes for our take out. Then we asked 2 different people for the bill...noone showed up the we finally saw our waitress and we asked for the bill. We checked the bill to see if the nachos were hh price and they were not...when inquired she said it was the smaller size. It was a very frustrating and disappointed visit. The waitress apologized about the hh menu but at this point we were in the middle of paying and we were just so over the service. We told her menus were filthy and we had to get our own menus, we had to ask for the bill 3 times, the hh menu was never provided to us and just waiting for anyone to help us was poor. We have been here before and the service was better.Won't be returning any time soon.

The entire order is just wrong and horrible... 1. I ordered a burger with caesar salad and i received french fries instead. 2. The burger was cold and the bun was hard as a rock, burger came with no lettuce. 3. Ordered wings with carrots and celery with ranch sauce and i only received the wings with no carrots no celery and no ranch, wings were cold. 3. Caesar salad with salman came with no croutons and again the salmon was cold..... first time i have received an order this horrible and wrong. Never again ordering at this trash restaurant.

Missed one of two main dishes on a $100 Skip order. Paid delivery twice. Portion sizes are hilariously small for what you pay - $25+ for seven pieces of ravioli. Unbelievable. Never ordering or going to BP again. Do not recommend. Tastes like reheated frozen food.

We are long time customers of this BP. We pick it not only for the good service but as well the great parking. We drive across the city to specifically go there. This past weekend our family went to enjoy a quick bite on a Friday evening and we can acknowledge how busy it was.
That being said, we were sat at a table that was incredibly sticky. It might seem small to the server who ignored our request for a cloth to wipe it down quite rudely and dismissed our request and needs within the first 3 minutes of being there but for us, it was incredibly uncomfortable and extremely frustrating to have the feeling of a “dirty” table in-front of the group of us.
We are grateful for the lovely young woman who helped us after but it wasn’t enough to tarnish the feeling of classifying it as a “welcoming place” in our minds and we will likely find a different location going forward for our group meals and family meals.
