My wife and I went to Botanist to celebrate our anniversary. Everything about our experience at Botanist was excellent. Our server was incredibly friendly and personable. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The drinks and food were beyond delicious. The ambience was warm and inviting. It also wasn't so loud with other people's conversations and music where it forced you to have to shout. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to celebrate next year's...
We had a wonderful experience at Botanist. The service is impeccable, with a very attentive and friendly team, always ready to recommend the best dishes. The beef tartare is outstanding – delicate, full of flavor; the flank steak was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy; and the lobster risotto is creamy, rich and truly unforgettable. A place that definitely deserves a visit in Vancouver!
Perfect spot for an elevated, 3 course brunch. We were celebrating a special occasion, and this was the perfect venue. The service, food and ambience were unparalleled. We'll be back.
