24 hour operating hours but no donuts at 4 different locations after 2 am apparently. Extremely disappointing when all 4 locations visited have a sandwich board out front with 24/7 written on top of a background of donuts.

I put 4 for the food because I expect more from the cake for the 6.5 cad . Eclair wasn’t so tasty but the other cake was better . Service is quick. The box 📦 is nice . But from the window it looks more attractive than in reality.

Tried their lavender latte (8/10) and banana oat walnut muffin (6/10). The banana muffin was too sweet. Lavender latte is great. There’s plenty of seating upstairs to work with laptop, although it does get filled up fast.

Wrong order today at about 7am. It's very frustrating when you expect to drink your favorite coffee on the way to work. And it turns out that it is not like that at all.

Great donuts - the apple fritter is massive - and tasty sandwiches. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit!

Good in overall but has it's shortcomings, for example the valina Frappe takes always 20 to 30 min get even though it's not very busy. Several times they forgot the order because it seems most of the staff don't know how to make the Frappe. They usually ask someone else to do it and they deliver all new orders before untill someone have the time or is free to make the Frappe. This happened the last 5 times I ordered the vanilla bean frappe.
Another thing, some of the big cakes are 3 days old but they selling it for the full price. Other than that it's a good cafe.

Came in while it was super hot out and ordered a large iced chai. I given a hot chai. I was in a rush and the place was busy so I didn’t say anything, but the same thing happened five minutes before to a customer ahead of me. Good food and nice atmosphere but disappointing to see the same mistake twice in a row in a few minutes.

We have a lot of bread and doughnuts. ^^ Next time, I'll try the cake type. There are no tables because it's crowded in the morning. It's right near Jericho. I'll see the ocean again! I highly recommend it if you're around here.

Great study spot and decent reasonably priced food and drinks. However, it's almost always a struggle finding a spot to sit and work, especially if you need a wall socket.

Many staff members are very pleasant and food is pretty good but PLEASE GET STAFF TO COLLECT DISHES upstairs and to SPRAY AND WIPE the tables upstairs. It would be helpful if you could PLEASE PUT A TUB FOR DIRTY DISHES UPSTAIRS instead of expecting customers to clear their own tables and bring the dishes downstairs themselves.

When people leave dishes on tables upstairs, staff seem to just ignore it for long periods of time. It is their job to clear the dishes and to wipe the tables. Please have them do this, especially if customers are expected to tip when paying by card. Thank you.
