“A "must visit" for anyone interested in craft beer brewing, Terminal City sits in the niche between serving the home brew market and being a specialist microbrewery. A wonderful selection of ingredients is complemented by a wide range of beers and wines. The staff are very helpful and friendly, giving advice on how they could tailor production to specific requirements.“
“Intimate and fun! Great atmosphere with really good beer!“
“I was so surprised with how good our bartenders service was. She attended to us often, had great suggestions for flights, was easy to talk to, and she even brought my dog water and treats.
I felt she treated us like we were her kin or family. I was constantly at ease, and we could enjoy our beer in a relaxing manner.
As more people arrived not once did I feel that we received lesser service, and for cultural hospitality like that I’d 100% recommend visiting. Perhaps Tuesday nights would be the best time for beer.“
“Recommend the Oak Stout, Truly spirited“
“We visited the Slow Hand Beer Company and were welcomed by both the very friendly and helpful staff as well as the quality and variety of the beers. Based on the top quality and diversity of the beers from Slow Hand, Boom Box, and Temporal, East Vancouver is in for a treat once they open up at their new location down the street as Threefold Brewing Collective. Highly recommended.“
“A wonderful experience with great food and really good beer. We like the pizza so much we ended up ordering a second one. We ordered beers from all three different breweries. My wife has always been a boombox fan since day one and she was not disappointed with Final Fantasy. I stayed with lagers and I had to get a Temporal liminal space. Absolutely great to have all of these breweries together and even better for Vancouver to have them. We will go again next time in Vancouver you have to check this place out.“
“The service was so nice!!
We were given recommendations on a mystery flight. I was pleasantly surprised with every beer that I had eventhough I really hate beer usually.
Peach is a must try! Hopefully if anyone visits, it'll still be there.“
“Love this new brew! Nice and smooth like a summer evening. Will be definitely enjoying more of these as we roll into spring and summer!“
“Very tasty experimental beer. Went there as a venue to visit on the Yeast Van Passport I purchased. Tried grapefruit radler (really taste the fruit), the red hot ale (very spicy but well blended), Turkish delight ale, and vanilla whiskey stout.
Nice vibe, but standing room only as you're really in the middle of a brewery.“

“Great atmosphere and staff. And delicious beer 🍺“
“I just wanted to stop in and sample the lagers. All three lagers were so well done. Balanced and Nuanced!! I love the Lupollo commitment to a safer space. I think that’s really important and their sign is one of the clearest I have seen in Vancouver. The staff is always accommodating always great and the room was wonderful on a rainy sunday afternoon.“
“A cool place to stop on the classic brewery tour in Vancouver is this fantastic spot with a great selection of beers (with a European flair), house-made wine, and cider. They also host cool events throughout the year—like the unforgettable Dead Fellows Halloween event and Krampusmarkt. It’s worth checking out! Currently, they have an amazing chef Doug Lee who makes the most delicious food. We go several times a week. Run, don’t walk there!“

“If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Attended a private event at container brewing and just loved it. Staff is FANTASTIC. Food truck provided delicious eats- smash burgers, an array of tacos and quesadillas. Love ❤️. Beautiful outside area lit up with Edison lights. Beautiful and unique venue for small wedding. Cons- parking is limited to street parking which is always tight in Vancouver. Outside area is former parking lot and quite uneven. Minimal cons really and thoroughly enjoyed the private event at Container brewing“
“Came in late on a Sunday. Server very gracious. Read all the signs, lots happening here. Specials, happy hour menus, pop ups, cocktail menu.
Bless these intrepid Beer-tenders.
Pro-tip: hit the beer market in the far side and get some heavily discounted beers. EASTVAN CRAFT LAGER FTW“
“Fabulous IPA along with other selections!“
“I was on one of my spur-of-the-moment long wandering walks on a very warm sunny Friday afternoon for my vitamin D intake. It was just after noon when I was on the False Creek Seawall approaching Science. I needed lunch and a cold drink and I remembered a friend had recommended RTB to me. The GPS on my phone soon promptly took me there.
It was after the lunch rush by the time I got there. It wasn’t very busy and I was able to find a table on the patio after I had placed the order.
I took my Road Trip Classic Lager with me to the table while I waited for my corned beef hash with fried eggs. The lager was crisp, light and refreshing and it went down quickly but I made sure there would be enough left with my lunch.
My over easy eggs on the hash was fried perfectly with brown edges while the yolks were still running to allow the creamy cholesterol goodness seep down to the potatoes and corned beef pieces underneath. The hash was seasoned perfectly with no spices overpowering the potatoes and corned beef pieces.
I had a very nice lunch in a somewhat industrial surroundings. Other than a transport truck backing in to the loading dock next to the patio when I was there, everything else seemed to have come to a standstill affording the patrons a lazy Friday afternoon.“
“Great brewery, but the bartender poured me a flat radler and insisted there was no carbonated batch, even though I’d enjoyed a properly carbonated one here just the day before.
Solid beer at most times, but this experience wasn’t ideal. Still **one of the best** breweries in the lower mainland though.“
“Great vibes and good beer here. They also have a patio as well. It’s a great location in the Mount Pleasant area.
The place also has a separate retail store next to it, so you can buy their beers to go. I can definitely recommend their no.7 saison. It was very satisfying.
The food is alright, not the best. It’s still good but it could use a little improvement. The nachos ingredients could have been distributed more evenly instead of piled up just on the top. The tacos seemed a bit dry. Perhaps some condiments with it would help? 🤷🏻♂️
But regardless the food didn’t discourage me. I was here for the beer and the beer is indeed good 👍“
“Re the most recent reviews. I was apart of the big run group that came in last night and I witnessed a good portion of the situation. The staff were slammed, (it was a bit hard to hear everything exactly) and trying their hardest to get everyone served and the group leaving the ridiculous reviews were being beyond difficult and expecting exclusive treatment when the bar was PACKED. The passive aggressive tone coming from the group was making others uncomfortable and I can only assume the staff. The group was asked to leave rather than order another beer and that’s when they got even worse. Others had to step in to defuse the situation because it was a pure gang up on the staff.
The staff did what any other person in their position would have done. Some people just don’t know how to act in public.“
“First time here, before heading to a show at the Wise Hall. Ordered the muffuletta Sando and chips and queso. Excellent portions, we didn’t run out of queso before the chips were finished, which is always a pet peeve of mine. The muffuletta was huge as described in the menu, and was amazing. We’ll be back!“
“Great place on the beautiful Granville Island. I only had beers, but they were all fantastic. The staff was super nice and helped with suggestions. While I haven't tried any food, many tables around did, and everything smelled super good. Highly recommend!“

“The first time I came here was 6.5 years ago with my brother. We really enjoyed our visit. On Halloween this year I brought my husband. We had maple old fashioned and shared a giant soft pretzel with mustard and dill sauce. Its still cosy and inviting.“
“Absolutely loved my visit to Yaletown Brewing Company! From the moment I walked in, the host was so welcoming and the service from our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and professional. The food and drinks were top-notch, especially the craft beer selection and cocktails. Such a cozy and vibrant atmosphere — perfect for a night out with friends or a casual dinner. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place!“

“Life of a transit operator, we see lots of things when we work. My joy is trying new restaurants, coffee shops, dessert shops and curiosity arise to my eyes when there is lots of customers in a place. I try Bells and Whistles today with my daughter. I admit the fish tacos was delicious for appetizer. We order popcorn shrimps and try one of their new feature cheese burger with jalapeños plus fries too. My food was good and I like my food hot not cold. The waitress was very helpful and courteous.“
