I got a brown sugar milk tea, and in my opinion it was way too watery. When I came, there was only 1 worker and it took him a really long to get my order, considering that there was barely any other clients. The prices are okay tho, cheaper then some other places.

Great bubble waffle here. Authentic and tasty.

Good price and quality

Bubble King has been our go to spot for years. The pearls are perfectly chewy and consistently high quality, the fresh fruit is real, and the portions are generous.

The owner always gives great recommendations, all at some of the best prices in town. We’ve even had his bubble tea catered for a few events, and it was always top quality and the highlight of every occasion.

My go to bubble tea place just before the downtown core of Vancouver. Pearls are soft and tea flavor is on point. The owner is super nice and friendly.

Was waiting forever to order only to find out there was no one inside. Then suddenly the guy appeared from what I can only assume was his smoke break. He smelled like smoke. He proceeded taking and making our order without washing his hands (and I did notice black dirt under his fingernails). At this point I was regretting ordering from this place.
He gave us our drinks, but as I was trying to pierce the wrapper with the paper straw, the whole cup exploded in half and I literally mean explosion! Long story short, very unsanitary. Not sure about the flavour as I never got to try my drink. I do not recommend this place. 0 stars .

Watermelon slush was super fresh, bubbles were a perfect chew despite being in the slush and bubble waffle was on point 😗 can't get much better than that!

This bubble 🫧 🍵 tea place has been here at tnt mall food court like forever .....lots of yummy options of drinks from bubble tea, slushies etc ....ive been coming here since for a little over 15 years ....its one of the oldest businesses here in this food court besides a few others here in tnt mall in Vancouver's chinatown

Really bad Milk tea i tried it two times! Couldn't finish it. Bubble Waffel was ok

Very happy this place survived the Covid madness and still is around.
Going here, for many many years, usually before I catch a movie and buy his bubble teas.
Yes, prices are not low but they Are the Best around. Quality!
He is truly the Bubble King!!
And very friendly owner.
