Great taste. Chef is super friendly and offers fresh garlic and hot sauce on the side. Food court setting’s not the greatest, but good that it’s not a super busy food court. Free 2 hour parking in the mall parkade.
easily the best ramen in vancouver - the gentleman that makes the ramen is so sweet and i can taste the love in the broth. It is genuinely one of the best bowls i’ve ever had. Every one of his broths are sublime. I have tried the tonkatsu, chicken and the shoyu and they are all incredible. His black garlic coconut oil is delicious . it’s perfect. Go here if you want to eat mouth wateringly good ramen.
For a food court Ramen experience, this is stellar. Soup is equally or even more deeply flavourful than some restaurants. It is traditional bone broth. They will offer fresh garlic as a topping. The menu is simple to choose from, note that there is no option to add toppings. Although it is a great little joint, I would not return because I find restaurants serve higher quality noodles and egg to be at better temperature.
