I ordered one Taro milk tea, Told me to wait more than half an hour. Customer service is terrible. There were only 3 to 4 customers in the waiting area till way more than half an hour never coming back again.

Great place!! I love the tea itself, and boba pearls. They have a much bigger selection then other places I've seen. It's my go-to, would recommend (* ☆◇☆ *)!!

We live in Langley, and often dine in at BW langley or Surrey interchangeably for a quick, warm and yummy food with good service. So amidst all the choices of restaurants on Robson St, we still went to BW just to be safe. However, the taste of its food is as bad as their service.
To injure the salt, we can't even wash our hands properly as they only have gel sanitizer in the shared BR.
Once we went to the restaurant, we had to pay up front. The machine gives three tipping options. Considering all the good services we have had at other locations, I gave decent amount. After 10 mins wait, I asked the only server there, if she could get us some water. She said, do it yourself, I can only provide you cups. Wow, that was something I have ever heard of! You charged me up front, but now you telling us it's self-based service. Whatever, no biggie we got water ourselves.
Waited 30 mins, we finally got our food, remind you we were the only customers at that moment. One dish we order was sauteed pork belly with cabbage. It should fresh be cooked with fresh pork belly, but the entire dish was made of cured meat making the dish too salt to eat.
I ordered a hot pot. What a mistake! Look at the picture, it looked as someone's vomits and it tasted like one too. The portable hot pot stand was flaming hot, when I ask the server to put it out. She was going to let the flame out by pouring water on a propane based stand! Wow, what a joke!
Everything went wrong and list goes on and on. The worst part to me personally was they only have gel hand sanitizer in that washroom. We all know hand sanitizer can't be replaced with hand soap.
Im in shocked by the service we received as there was noun, and low standard considering BW is a well established franchise . I understand how difficult to run a restaurant because our economy and the competition out there. Yet providing the basic respect to your customers is the only way to help you in the long run.

I have been here multiple times as it being opened till late helped me in past when i worked late night shifts to have food and drink that i don't need to cook. I have had multiple of drinks here with different combinations but i think today they just nailed it.

I got Hokkaido milk tea with mango popping boba and it's just bomb. Its so good and tasty and creamy and now all i wanna know is if they make it with rich milk or ice cream. Cause i have had this drink in the past from other places where they used ice cream but switched to rich milk cause of the price difference instead of increasing the price.

This is best

Tried it for the first time and really liked the pearls and popping bubbles. The staff was nice. Our cup burst while trying to insert the straw, spilling the entire drink, but the ladies replaced it right away🧋

I was picking up an order and the staff was so rude. Telling me it takes 5minutes for my orders but it takes 15minutes! And telling me I can cancel my order and not come back again!

The best Okinawa milk tea in the entirety of the world. I have been to all seven continents and have yet to find a better milk tea than the Okinawa milk tea from bubble world. If it was possible to go to multiple universes I am sure bubble worlds Okinawa milk would still be the best. It’s not just a drink—it’s an experience. The moment you take that first sip, the velvety richness of the tea, perfectly balanced with the deep, caramel-like sweetness of Okinawan brown sugar, takes you to another dimension. The kokuto sugar isn’t just sweet; it’s layered, earthy, and luxurious, adding a warmth that wraps around your soul. It’s perfect for anyone wanting a sweet treat. They make it 4/5 times perfectly sweet. Best sweet treat ever!

I loved their oolong milk tea! 🧋 pearls have a very good flavor! That tea kept me awake longer than I expected.

The waiting time is ok and the atmosphere is the same. They have a self-service machine to order which are extra points for me.

The price is better than the competition!

Came in just 15mins before closing time at “2am” and the lady told me they don’t accept orders anymore as they are close at “1:30am”. Please update your closing time on your website if you’re not going to be taking orders 30mins before closing time. People had to drive 30-40mins to this place to get some orders.

The salted crispy chicken was okay. I ordered rose milk tea and kiwi fruit juice. The milk tea tasted half like water, and the kiwi fruit juice tasted like it was soaked in kiwi fruit syrup and had a lot of pigments. But the menu said fresh fruits. I felt like I was being cheated. I was very disappointed. Drinks in Taiwan are not like this.

The chicken nuggets was alright. I ordered rose milk tea and kiwi juice, but the milk tea tasted like it was mostly water, and the kiwi juice seemed like it was made from kiwi syrup with a lot of added coloring, but the menu described it as fresh fruit. It felt like a rip-off, which was really disappointing. Taiwanese drinks aren’t like this at all.

Good bubble tea for one of the best prices youll find. A good amount of toppings and a big variety of jelly and popping boba options. service is quick and you have the option of a self checkout machine. Be warned it is sweeter than I find most other places.

Bubble World on Robson Street in Vancouver is hands down my favorite spot for bubble tea in Vancouver! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by how delicious their drinks are. If you’re a fan of sweet bubble tea with pearls, this is the place to go. The pearls are always perfectly chewy, and the sweetness level is just right without being overpowering. There are tons of flavors, and they never disappoint! The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when the store is busy. Highly recommend Bubble World if you’re craving a tasty, refreshing bubble tea. I can’t wait for my next visit. Amazing Bubble Tea Experience!
