I visited this restaurant with my Vietnamese friend, or I would have been utterly clueless about how to order. Bun refers to vermicelli noodles, which are distinct from Thai noodles. While the noodles were satisfactory, the soup was simply extraordinary. The fried chicken wings were the standout dish. The marinated beef was incredibly tender and lived up to its name, being exceptionally well-marinated.
Not sure what spices they are using, but the combination is quite magical and creates the most flavorful broth I've ever had. Worth a dedicated trip to the restaurant.

Highly recommend the original beef pho. The other soups have their own umami, but the beef pho just doesn't get old like the other ones do by the end of a big bowl.
Bu Cha Ca Hoang Yen is a hidden gem! Their fish noodle soup is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, and the fish is incredibly fresh and tender. The noodles are cooked to perfection and have a wonderful texture that pairs so well with the broth.
