Burgoo never disappoints. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. The food wait times were longer than usual, but it was incredibly busy. This only shows how popular of a spot it is. The food arrived hot, and was something to be remembered. This is my second time here, and we’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu.

On a rainy Tuesday evening in November, we visited. Not only did we get seated at a table immediately (without a reservation), but it was the perfect place to be on a camp cold night. The ambiance is warm and welcoming; the decor and sound level quiet. . The lobster bisque was a highlight, as was the beef bourguignon, which was the helpful suggestion of our server. Didn't take photos of the food. Bon appetite!

Nice interior. Too much beige! If you want comfort food, this sure is it. But I did struggle with how many items we had focused on just pure cheese 😂 we wished we'd ordered some veggies! Soup was interesting, the biscuits and fries were nice. The mac n cheese was average. Good service. Deffo worth aiming for the happy hour! This wasn't well advertised, before 5 on a sunday is a good time to go

Ordered 3 meals for take-out, received only half the meals.(I picked-up in person) I called when I got home and noticed the error and left a message, then called again to follow up to resolve. The server claimed there was nothing she could do and that a manager would return my call shortly. No response to date. Very disappointing service and I won't be returning again.

We got the bar seats in the corner and it was surprisingly intimate and quiet for our date. I was impressed by the service as they were non disruptive, but attentive. I have been to this location before, but they really made this dining experience special.
