Jason was absolutely amazing and we had such an amazing conversation with him at the end of our meal. The Australian Wagyu was the best steak mt husband and I have ever had and the tiramisu???? Simply the best dessert. This was out first time here and there is no doubt in my mind that we will be back!
We are staying at the Vancouver Century Plaza Hotel prior to sailing on a cruise tomorrow, and opted to have an early dinner at the in-house C Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine. What a wonderful experience!
My husband and I each opted for the Steakhouse Burger & fries - delicious and HUGE! Best burger I have ever had in my 69 years.
