My partner and I had dinner on Valentine's Day. The service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. Kudos to their awesome bartender, Zander, who made a fabulous 'Old Fashioned'. Very friendly and polite. Always had a smile on his face.
And kudos to our amazing server, Sophie. She was very attentive and friendly. Always made sure we were looked after.
These are the reasons why we keep coming back.
Great staff, you have, Jeff!

My wife and I were going to the planetarium for a show and stopped on the spur of the moment.
We were seated in the lounge area and Jenn looked after us.
She was amazing, great sense of humor and her service was impeccable.
First time at a Cactus Club and while the food is close to what is served at Browns. Theirs was more unique.
Go there, sit in the lounge if Jenn is working

Usually the tuna poke bowl is excellent but not this time as the tuna was chewy. It was also quite salty.
We were there at 1pm and the restaurant was very full and noisy but there was only about a 10 minute wait for a booth. Also, it’s rude to clear plates away when not everyone has finished eating. The washroom was quite impressive though.

Really enjoyed the tuna stack and soy dijon salmon with sauce on the side.
The salmon was a little small but still tasty.
The service and atmosphere were great.

Hello came here the other day one of their expos Kael was amazing provided me with the best service overall great experience.
If you know, you know, this Vancouver-born spot is best known for its stylish vibe, crowd-pleasing comfort food, and consistently solid cocktails. Started with some fun non-alcoholic mocktails that were anything but boring. The Tuna Stack (new on the menu) was a great opener—bright, fresh, and layered with a satisfying mix of flavours and textures. The Truffle Parmesan Chicken brought bold, savoury richness, while the Spaghetti Portofino was perfectly seasoned and indulgent in all the right ways. The crème brûlée was silky and not overly sweet. Casual, polished, and reliably tasty, Cactus Club does what it’s famous for: approachable dishes done well, with a side of West Coast flair
