Comfortable corner coffee shop. Attentive and prompt service. If the front window is open, the audio crosswalk alert can be a bit annoying.

The atmosphere is really chill, with a beautiful view outside and a nice breeze coming in. It made me feel so relaxed on a Saturday afternoon.
