Service is friendly, efficient, and consistent. They have great happy hour deals, my personal favourites are the peach Bellini, crispy chicken sandwich, and the chocolate cake is to die for! Must try, wish I could give this place 10 stars

Very average chain restaurant food with few veg options, above average prices (eg. 9.25$ for french fries).I found it very strange that there's a couch in the bathroom, that can't be sanitary.

We came here on a Sunday around 230. It wasn't super busy, which was nice! It was a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service and the food was quick, hot and fresh! Great experience! Will come again for sure.

Tara and Alexis were so professional and patient.Had my wife and in-laws out for the NBA playoffs and they were not phased by all the hoops and hurdles my inlaws were throwing at them. I’m talking “hot water with lemon, scissors to cut the portions down to smaller pieces, and plethora of other demands.Food was phenomenal and the service was even better.Highly recommend for any special events or just a night to watch the game!Cactus is doing something right with the exceptional service and overall experience! 10/10!!
Very busy for lunch time.. food was ok, not diabetic friendly.. service is satisfactory my waiter had too many customers.. had to wait for ketchup and mayo for awhile.. had to ask twice abd ask some other waiter..

In this current world where no one really cares anymore it was super refreshing to find someone who does, in a job that is most times challenging. Great spot, great food, friendly staff. The garlic mayo (had to ask for it) is excellent! The burger was nice. Lots of TVs for sports and plenty of seating.
Cactus is always solid for food, in or out and service is almost always great. My only gripe, hence the 4 stars is the plastic packaging used for takeout. It's so unnecessary when others make good use of cardboard. I've had multiple times recently where a plastic pot of sauce was housed in a larger plastic container which is crazy, I assume to stop spillage. They also put ketchup sachets in every bag which are thrown out immediately. Whilst I appreciate the thought on both, I think such a major chain can do better than this.

The food at cactus club was impeccable today. The waitress was so friendly and pleasant. This is my favourite location because of the test kitchen in the underground level. The only question I have is if there's a secret washroom on the upper level for disabled access. There's no elevator for people on crutches or wheelchairs.

Had such a blast tonight at the Ash St. location. Our server Cordelia was so pleasant and attentive, she made everything so seamless and I also have to give a shoutout to my new best friend William. He was managing tonight and would always come check in to make sure everything was okay and as an added bonus he heard that it was my birthday recently and decided to give me a cheesecake as a surprise. 10/10 experience!
