Went with family and had a good time! The happy hour menu was well priced and had enough options on it that you could find something you liked.

Great place with very tasty dishes and nice staff. The only downside is that it's very noisy inside, even on the top floor.

They charge me 75$ for a few drinks they put salads on my order (my party never had a salads) this place looks nice but the food wasn’t good i honestly served better food at MCDONALDS when i worked there i cant stress enough please save you money and never go there its not worth your money

Cactus Club is a never-miss good time! I feel like I can confidently try anything on the menu because so far it has ALL been delicious! I usually aim for the Happy Hour menu which is a brilliant sampler of the main menu. I come to Vancouver often and feel no need to explore other venues because for me, Cactus Club ticks all the boxes!

Today August 29, 2025, we came early as I have an old man, the girl from the front opened the door for us as she sees that we’re standing outside she was very wonderful to open the door for us and we’re grateful. Food are excellent! Good ambience and location. As we heading to our table, I asked the girl who just passed because I have to wipe the arm chair as it’s so sticky so I called her and what’s her replied to me? She’s like “what????!!!!” With like scream voice and loud , her name is Dana, Filipino woman who thinks of herself too much, if you are dealing with customer you have to be polite! I asked her for a wet tissue to wipe and So she came with a wet towel and I said thank you to her but she never replied back saying you’re welcome! How rude is this woman! She doesn’t like to work!
I love all the crew here just this woman Dana, you should tell her that her customer service is bad. Or else your customer wouldn’t like to eat here.

Ordered a lemongrass salad to go - front staff were rude when picking up and when I got back to hotel room it was missing salad dressing - 30$ for a very dry, mediocre salad.

This was a great dining spot. We were staying nearby and just looking for a place to have dinner and we were able to get a booth near their bar. Food was very good, service was great, atmosphere was lively, they had the games on the TV, can’t complain about anything. Worth checking out if you are in the area

Everything was great at this restaurant! The server was great and very helpful, the Pina Coladas were yummy and the butternut squash raviolis, salmon and spaghetti portofino was excellent! Will definitely be back!!
