Love the garlic butter cream cheese ($5.50)! Definitely pricey for a bagel, but the flavours are unique and the bagel is super chewy.
Also tried to Mocheese (mochi and cheese) but you’ve been warned that it’s tiring to chew. Just a light airfry makes it taste super fresh if you’re getting takeout.

These are not regular bagels. These are special. I had the ume bacon and upgraded to a blt. My husband had plain with shizo cream cheese and a garlic cream cheese bagel where the cream cheese is baked into the bagel. There were so many choices I wish I could try them all. If you're in Vancouver consider yourself lucky!
Wow, I am impressed. These are exceptional bagels and I am glad they have a Japanese style. They don’t need to be big when they are packed with flavor.
I had a garlic and cheese bagel with Shiso Um cream cheese, very nice. It was so soft and tasty. I also had the sweet potato topped with black sesame seeds. This one surprised me as the sweet potato was in the bagel as a ring. It was still warm and was wonderful.
