The BEST bagel in town!!!!

Cloverrr Nyi

I got plain bagel toasted with yuzu cream cheese and that’s a top notch for me! I also got matcha cheese and matcha mochi flavour since I’m a big matcha lover. But yeah, other flavours are similarly good too! The bagel is not like western style and it’s more chewier than other bagels you ever tasted! I highly recommend this place if you are a bagel lover like me ?

A motivation to kick off a busy day on my way to work ---buy a goo-looking as well as fresh taste bagel from Wa-Bagel at downtown Vancouver.Highly recommend the seasonal limited e.g. the sakura (cherry blossom) bagel--lightly sweet, pink and subtle. It is not only photogenic but it will boost the feeling of sakura season in Vancouver by imaging a visit to Kyoto. And also highly recommend the tofu hummus--vegan and fits for those who are allergic to diary.

Delicious chewy bagels! These have a mochi-like chew to them. I was expecting fluffy bagels but it was still delicious nontheless.I got the Montreal bagel, which came with half a pickle. It helped cut through any greasy feeling from the caramelized onion and ham. A good amount of mustard bite without being too powerful.I also got the kinako chocolate bagel, which is a sweet and nutty soybean powder (ingeolmi) bagel filled with chocolate. It wasn't too sweet, and relatively light. For all you asian baddies looking for asian flavor bagels, this spot is for you. They have pumpkin, black sesame, sweet potato, matcha and others. Definitely would try their other flavours when I get the chance.*background in photos are from stanley park*

Quick Uber Eats order the other day. Promos in the app with 2 for 1 on some of the premium offerings hard to pass up. Mocheese and mochi matcha were as advertised. Soft, not overpowering in flavors but very good. Plain bagel at just over $2 is great value for quality and size.

A very unique bagel experience! I would have the Sakura bagel everyday if I could! The texture is chewy and flavors are delicious. I was very surprised with all the vegan options and the vegan ones are super great tasting too!!

I had the bagel sandwich - Montreal. It tastes ok, nothing special. Overpriced small bagel sandwich. Pickle cucumber is really refreshing though.I am not into those cute flavoured bagels either, I had a couple bites of the sakura and matcha flavour, the chewy-sweet-bready tastes confuses me a lot. Is this a desert? a meal? or what?

Had the pleasure of trying a Mocheese fresh out the oven, it was wonderful. Kind, welcoming staff too! I just wish they were open on Saturdays as well. What a gem.

My favorite new bagel spot in downtown! They are only open on weekdays from 8AM - 3PM. I also HIGHLY recommend to go when it opens ish because the bagels will still be fresh and warm and it will be 10x good! It's different than when you microwave it. If you go in the afternoon, they will still ask you if you wanted it heated though!I've tried:◼ Mochi Matcha==> Can't give a rating for this one yet because I ate it while it was cold so I think I need to go back and try it again either while it's still warm or microwave it!◼ Red bean & cream cheese (5/5)==> This is a must! Had it while it was still fresh and warm and it was just amazing. If you warm it up in a microwave, it's still good but will still be a bit different to when you're eating it in the morning fresh out of the oven.◼ Matcha Cheesecake (5/5)==> This is also a must!◼ Sweet Potato & Black Sesame (4/5)==> This one is a classic bagel not as fun(?) as other bagels in terms of flavor but I still liked it!

Had the cream cheese red bean one straight out of the oven - it was delicious! But the second time I went, ordered the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and it was beyond disappointing. The bagel, once toasted, tasted stale. Meat was thin - about 2-3 slices. I ate it right away outside in the seating area but it was not fresh at all.

I got the mochi matcha and pacific! The mochi matcha was filled with mochi, red beans, and the best part was the chopped walnuts. I really enjoyed the texture they added to it! The pacific was on the pricey end but was a good breakfast sandwich. I loved the shiso leaves as they amplified the flavor on the shiso ume cream!
