This was insane! The strawberry Dubai chocolate was insane, and the vanilla latte. Everyone here was so nice and the service was beyond.

This is the 4th time I'm here after recently moving to the neighbourhood. I really don't understand your business model. I wanted to eat something and read a bit while having a coffee. Planned to spend 30 or 40 minutes tops. I was lucky someone left as the tables were all full of single laptops. In any case I sat down only to not be able to read because there were 3 people video conferencing on their laptops with headphones on and talking loudly all around me. Now I spent $30+, these people had a coffee each 🤷‍♂️. I read a reply from the owner to another user that what customers do while they're there is entirely up to them. Thing is most users were having a coffee while video conferencing, not video conferencing while having a coffee. Not a welcoming environment for me, I will not be back. Sad.

Very tasty bakery and the cappuccino was the first ever in Vancouver wherein I didn't find it bitter.

Will be coming back.

Loved this cafe!
The matcha latte was perfect — smooth, not too sweet, and beautifully made. Cozy vibe and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The Dubai strawberries are amazing! The price is quite reasonable for the quantity and quality you receive. The staff is also very warm and friendly.

There was pistachio cheesecake and the sign said “gluten free” (it was the only item that stated it was GF) We asked the employee if it was gluten free and he said “I don’t know”

Edited after response from shop:
Since you doubted that I'm a real customer, I have now added the picture I took of the pastry I had in your shop. I always give candid reviews. The good, the bad, and the ugly. As a consumer, of course I reserve the right to compare your shop with others I have tried. Healthy competitions serve to keep the overall quality high. Your shop's $5.50 Americano just didnt make the cut by my book.

Original review:
Overpriced. $5.50 for an Americano was neither justified by its quality, nor the food or services that accompanied it. Note that the profit margin is high in their Dubai strawberry creations so they'd push for that naturally. I just wouldn't choose this establishment to try my first one.
Pro: this shop certainly provides a quieter environment with jazzy music playing but overall, I'd get more value for my $$ by going to Sweet Barrel for far better coffee and friendlier/more down to earth service, Sweet Thea for superior pastries, larger windows with natural lighting, or Little Umbrella as a better alternative nearby.
